RESUMO
La presentación de enfermos es un dispositivo de transmisión basado en principios del psicoanálisis que permite ubicar los distintos efectos que se producen a partir de una entrevista y una escucha con características especiales. Es una manera distinta de comprender al enfermo. En el caso del paciente psicótico el beneficio es devolverle su estatuto de sujeto y la posibilidad de lazo social. El presente trabajo intenta mostrar los efectos terapéuticos obtenidos en presentaciones de enfermos realizadas con pacientes psicóticos hospitalizados, por parte de un equipo de trabajo durante 3 años ininterrumpidos y de acuerdo a las coordenadas teóricas y de aplicación que lo sustentan. Entre los diferentes efectos terapéuticos observados tenemos: la pacificación de la angustia, la delimitación de los elementos del delirio, la reducción del desbordamiento imaginario, y un intento rudimentario de darse un nombre. La investigación permitió dar cuenta de la pertinencia del psicoanálisis en el tratamiento del paciente psicótico y los resultados obtenidos permitieron reorganizar el saber y establecer pautas que permiten reorientar el tratamiento con estos pacientes.
A patient presentation is a transmission device based on Psychoanalysis principles that allows the location of the different effects produced from an interview and a hearing with special characteristics. It is a different approach to understanding the patient. In the case of psychotic patients the benefit is to give them back their subject statute and the possibility of social bond. This work shows the therapeutic effects obtained in presentations of hospitalized psychotic patients, carried out by a work team along three uninterrupted years, following the corresponding theoretical and applied coordinates. Among the different therapeutic effects observed we can mention: appeasement of anguish, delimitation of delirium elements, reduction of imaginary overflow, and a rudimentary attempt to give himself or herself a name). This research allowed to account for the pertinence of Psychoanalysis in the treatment of the psychotic patient, and the results obtained allows to reorganize knowledge and to establish guidelines to re-orient treatments.
