First time description of dismantling phenomenon.

Dismantling is a complex psychic phenomenon, which is not easy to define, and little interest has been shown in the subject. The authors of this paper want to demonstrate that dismantling is the main defense mechanism in autism, bringing about de-consensus of senses. The effects perceived in a child with autistic disorder are passivity and lack of thought. The authors' purpose here is to define the dismantled state and reveal its underlying process. This paper will therefore describe for the first time in literature, the dismantling phenomenon and will submit a metapsychological approach of this defense mechanism.

Como pensar a sinergia entre o grupo e o objeto mediador? / About synergy between group members and the mediating object / ¿Cómo pensar la sinergia entre elgrupo y el objeto mediador?

Os autores descrevem o método da fotolinguagem na clínica grupal, técnica desenvolvida por psicanalistas da cidade Lyon, e analisam a indicação clínica de dispositivos grupais que utilizam objeto mediador para pacientes cujo comprometimento mental impõe limites e, portanto, requer flexibilidade de três constantes na prática psicanalítica: a associação livre, a transferência e a interpretação. Em seguida distinguem esse dispositivo grupal que utiliza objeto mediador daqueles que não o utilizam, bem como o diferenciam dos dispositivos individuais que utilizam o objeto mediador. Finalmente, abordam a questão da sinergia entre o grupo e o objeto mediador para tentar destacar alguns processos psíquicos inconscientes e verificar suas especificidades, ilustrando-os com uma vinheta clínica de pacientes psicossomáticos.

In this article, the authors describe the photolanguage method, a technique used in clinical groups and developed by psychoanalysts in Lyon. They analyse the clinical recommendation of group devices, which use a mediating object, for patients in whom mental impairment imposes limits and therefore requires flexibility of the three constants of psychoanalytical practice: free association, transference and interpretation. The authors then compare the use of this group device, in which photographs are used as the mediating object, with other group methods in which such an object is not used, as well as comparing it to individual methods which use a mediating object. Finally, the authors discuss the synergy between the group and the mediating object to try and highlight some unconscious mental processes and verify their specificities, illustrating these with a clinical vignette of psychosomatic patients.

Los autores describen el método defotolenguaje en la clínica grupal, una técnica desarrollada por los psicoanalistas de la ciudad de Lyon, y analizan la indicación clínica de los dispositivos grupales que utilizan el objeto mediador para los pacientes cuyo deterioro mental impone límites y por lo tanto requiere de flexibilidad de las tres constantes en la práctica del psicoanálisis: la asociación libre, la transferencia y la interpretación. A continuación, los autores distinguen el dispositivo grupal con el objeto mediador de aquellos que no lo utilizan, así como lo diferencian de los dispositivos individuales que utilizan el objeto mediador. Por último, abordan la cuestión de la sinergia entre el grupo y el objeto mediador para intentar destacar algunos procesos mentales inconscientes y verificar sus especificidades, ilustrándolas con una viñeta clínica de los pacientes psicosomáticos.
