RESUMO
The authors present a list of helmints found in 161 necropsis, performed in the Instituto de Biologia e Pesquisas Tecnológicas, employing animals relieved from other services. In a table, are assembled the data in groups, used to call the attention of the technicians from the Animal Sanitary Defense for their observation.

The authors present the results obtained with a vaccine prepared with a pox virus isolated from pigeon and cultivated on the chorioallantoic membrane of hen"s eggs. For the preparation of the vaccine they use the embryo as well as the yolk, the egg white, the membranes and the fluids. After dilution in buffered glycerol the vaccine, when kept in the ice box for 6, 8 and 13 months, gave the vaccinating titers of 1:1,000, 1:100 and 1:10, respectively.

Os AA. assinalam a presença de ecto e endoparasitas de Columba livia domestica, baseando-se nas necrópsias de 100 pombos e chamam a atenção para o encontro de TANAISIA BRAGAI (Santos, 1934), Byrd e Denton, 1950, em 1% dos pombos examinados, parasita êsse assinalado pela primeira vez nos Estados de São Paulo e Paraná.
