Campylobacter pylori were detected in 70% of patients with diseases of the digestive tract. It was found endoscopically that presence of Campylobacter pylori is always accompanied by changes of gastric mucosa, mainly in the antral region. There were no specific symptoms characteristic of Campylobacter pylori gastritis. There was a close correlation between the presence of Campylobacter pylori and activity of the inflammatory process (active gastritis in 73.6% of patients).

A female patient, aged 53, with a combined duodenal gastrinoma and pancreatic glucagonoma is reported. Such a combination is an integral part of multiple endocrine neoplasias Type I. In both tumors psammous bodies were found. Gastrinoma was an ulcerogenic tumor resulting in the development of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Glucagonoma for a long time was asymptomatic.
