Acompanhamento terapêutico: andanças pelo dentro e o fora da instituição / Therapeutic accompaniment: wanderings inside and outside the institution

No presente artigo, os autores propõem-se a compartilhar reflexões e questionamentos decorrentes da prática do Acompanhamento Terapêutico (AT) em um Abrigo Institucional de Proteção a Portadores de Necessidades Especiais. A entrada do acompanhante terapêutico nesse contexto colocou em operação forças que promoveram um tensionamento com o instituído, atravessando e reinventando a prática clínica. Dessa forma, os autores foram convocados a problematizar a implicação política de uma andança dentro e fora da instituição produzida pela prática do AT. O trabalho sustenta que o AT não deve ser entendido apenas como uma prática capaz de levar a loucura para a rua, mas de forma mais ampla, como um dispositivo político com a potência de desacomodar a institucionalização da loucura nos espaços em que ela segue operando sem ser questionada.

In the present article, the authors intend to share their reflections and questionings brought up by the practice of Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) in an Institutional Shelter dedicated to providing protection to individuals with special needs. The entrance of the therapeutic companion in this institutional context has put into operation forces that promoted tension when in contact with the instituted, reinventing the clinical practice. Thus, the authors were challenged to problematize the political implications of their wanderings inside and outside the institution, produced by the practice of TA. This work sustains that the understanding of TA should not be defined only as a practice that is able to take the insane out of the asylum and into the street, but should also include a broader approach, as a political device that holds the power to unsettle the institutionalization of insanity in the places where it keeps operating without being questioned.

Quando as palavras mudam / Cuando se cambian las palabras / When words change

Meu objetivo neste trabalho foi pensar o que, desde a perspectiva psicanalítica, se poderia apreender a partir da mudança cultural da atualidade. Busquei refletir como as alterações culturais estariam influenciando no processo psíquico humano. Para isso, analisei a época para ver o que se pode fazer desde a Psicanálise com essas mudanças recorrendo a alguns estudiosos que comentam sobre a atualidade. Realizei um percurso pelo mecanismo do recalque (Die Verdrängung) e recorri a “Totem e Tabu”, para refletir sobre a importância do totemismo, e se é possível que seja por esse caminho que tenha havido alguma modificação. Por fim, avaliei como as ditas mudanças aparecem na contemporaneidade e investiguei o que podemos fazer com isso e conclui que o vasto campo teórico psicanalítico já existente dá conta de possibilidades que possam ser utilizadas na clínica contemporânea.(AU)

Mi objetivo en este trabajo fue pensar que, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, qué se podría aprender de los cambios culturales de hoy. He tratado de reflexionar sobre cómo estos cambios culturales influyen en el proceso mental humano. Para ello, he analizado el tiempo para ver qué se puede hacer desde el psicoanálisis con estos cambios con algunos eruditos que comentan el presente. Llevé a cabo un recorrido por el mecanismo de la represión (Die Verdrängung) y tuvo que utilizar “Tótem y Tabú”, para reflexionar sobre la importancia del totemismo, y si por esa manera se ha producido alguna modificación. Por último, analizo cómo estos cambios aparecen en el actual e investigo lo que podemos hacer con él y llegué a la conclusión de que la mayoría existente en la teoría psicoanalítica cuenta de las posibilidades que se pueden utilizar en la clínica hoy.(AU)

My goal in this work was to think that, from a psychoanalytic perspective, one could learn from today's cultural change. I sought to reflect on how these cultural changes were influencing the human mental process. To do this, I analyzed the time to see what you can do from psychoanalysis with these changes using some scholars who comment on the present. I conducted a tour of the mechanism of repression (Die Verdrängung) and turned to “Totem and Taboo”, to reflect on the importance of totemism, and it may be that way there has been some modification. Finally, I analyzed how such changes appear in contemporary and investigated what we can do with it and concludes that the vast existing psychoanalytic theoretical realize possibilities that can be used in the clinic today.(AU)
