[The expansion of the indications for prescribing laser therapy in chronic recurrent dermatoses]. / O rasshirenii pokazanii k naznacheniiu lazernoi terapii pri khronicheskikh retsidiviruiushchikh dermatozakh.

Besides the well-known methods applied for the treatment of chronic recurrent dermatoses, the authors propose to use laser therapy for management of its coexistent diseases. The article contains data which prove the high efficiency of laser therapy for treatment of chronic recurrent dermatoses with such coexistent diseases as tonsillitis, hymoritis, gastroduodenal erosion, ulcers and respiratory diseases. Methods of laser therapy are enclosed.

[The clinical significance of endoscopic signs in neurodermatitis patients with gastric and duodenal pathology]. / Klinicheskoe znachenie nekotorykh éndoskopicheskikh priznakov u bol'nykh neirodermitom s patologiei zheludka i dvenadtsatiperstnoi kishki.

Basing on the findings of fiber gastroscopy, used in examinations of 262 patients with neurodermatitis, the authors describe the so-called "minor endoscopic signs", i.e. enhanced gastric peristalsis, pyloric spasm, hypersecretion, duodenogastric reflux. These signs are diagnostically and prognostically significant for the treatment and rehabilitation of neurodermatitis patients.

[The diagnostic and prognostic significance of the skin manifestations in patients with pathology of the stomach and duodenum]. / Diagnosticheskoe i prognosticheskoe znachenie nekotorykh kozhnykh proiavlenii u bol'nykh s patologiei zheludka i dvenadtsatiperstnoi kishki.

The authors provide data on the identification of different skin manifestations on the anterior surface of the legs and rear of the feet in part of patients with gastric and duodenal pathology. In 81% of patients, they may precede manifestation of gastroduodenal abnormalities including ulcer disease. Based on skin alterations in the indicated areas one can work out the examination policy and follow-up of patients with gastric and duodenal pathology and, in some cases, identify the early (preclinical patterns) of the disease.

Investigation of vibrational relaxation in the hydrogen chloride chemical laser.

The gain dependence on time of the HCl chemical laser was measured and calculated. Comparison of the calculated and measured results enables one to determine the constant of HCl-HCl deactivation which is found to be within (0.2-9) 10(12) cm(3) mole(-1) sec(-1).
