RESUMO

Background: With the trend of world population aging, a good community health care system will determine whether the elderly can get good medical conditions. How to improve the community health care system can study how the behavior of the elderly affects it. Objective: This paper is based on the analysis of the current situation of population aging at home and abroad. Methods: On the premise of analyzing the demand and behavior of elderly people seeking medical treatment and the function of community health service institutions. Literature research was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of community health care needs and elderly people's medical seeking behavior at home and abroad. Then the elderly in Tianjin were investigated by issuing questionnaires, and the law of medical treatment behavior of the elderly in Tianjin was calculated. Combined with the results of relevant investigations abroad, the common phenomenon is summarized. Finally, the analysis method of intelligent medical system is proposed, and the design process of system acquisition module and user usage mode are given. Result: The smart medical system can bring great convenience to the elderly and community healthcare. Discussion: It emphasizes the powerful functions of smart health systems and their future importance for the health care of the elderly.

RESUMO

Ethical leadership (EL) is a vital component driving firms' practice, significantly affecting employee satisfaction (ES). The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between EL and employee job satisfaction. Moreover, the study investigates the mediating effect of media richness (MR), perceived organizational transparency (OT) on EL, and ES. In addition, the study used a convenient sampling technique for collecting the data from 276 employees working in the service sector of Macau. Essentially, questionnaires had used as the fundamental tool guiding the data collection method. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between EL, ES, MR, and perceived OT. The MR and perceived OT have significant mediating effects between EL and ES. The study is beneficial for the service sector of Macau to plan the strategies for their employees in terms of organizational sustainability and success. The study is also helpful for the government to understand EL and for the researcher to search the new aspects of EL in organizations for future research direction.

RESUMO

In view of environmental protection and the need for early prediction of major diseases, it is necessary to accurately monitor the change of trace ammonia concentration in air or in exhaled breath. However, the adoption of proton-conductive metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as smart sensors in this field is limited by a lack of ultrasensitive gas-detecting performance at high relative humidity (RH). Here, the pellet fabrication of a water-stable proton-conductive MOF, Ba( o-CbPhH2IDC)(H2O)4] n (1) ( o-CbPhH4IDC = 2-(2-carboxylphenyl)-1 H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) is reported. The MOF 1 displays enhanced sensitivity and selectivity to NH3 gas at high RHs (>85%) and 30 °C, and the sensing mechanism is suggested. The electrochemical impedance gas sensor fabricated by MOF 1 is a promising sensor for ammonia at mild temperature and high RHs.
