RESUMO

As the in-depth expansion and integrated application of information technology, smart city is one of the important directions for nurturing breakthroughs in the new generation of information technology, and an important part of the development of global strategic emerging industries. In the context of world peace, the world economy is developing rapidly and the process of urbanization is accelerating. The construction of a city not only reflects the economic strength of the city, but also is closely related to the life of the citizens. Therefore, this paper aimed to explore a new way of urban cultural creative design. This paper focused on the application of human-computer interaction virtual reality (VR) technology in urban cultural creative design. For this reason, this paper designed an interactive and immersive urban design simulation platform based on VR technology. In order to choose the viewing angle freely and control the design module freely, this paper proposed improved gesture recognition algorithm and anti-collision algorithm. The algorithm designed in this paper can enable designers to have better presentation effects when working on the platform, making architectural design more intuitive. Experiments show that the average accuracy rate of the gesture recognition algorithm designed in this paper reaches 97.3%, which is 4.1% higher than that of the traditional algorithm; and when the anti-collision algorithm in this paper is set to the optimal parameters, the accuracy rate is as high as 95%. These results fully demonstrate that the human-computer interaction VR technology design platform proposed in this paper has good design performance and can be applied to urban cultural creative design.

RESUMO

AgI/Bi5O7I plate composite was fabricated at room temperature by the phase transition and morphological transformation of BiOI microspheres. The orange BiOI microsphere was transferred to light yellow AgI/Bi5O7I plate by the addition of NaOH and AgNO3 to the system. The formation process and possible transformation mechanism of AgI/Bi5O7I plate were detected and are discussed. The visible light absorption area of AgI/Bi5O7I extended to 667 nm and photo-excited electrons migrated from Bi5O7I to AgI to effectively inhibit the recombination of photo-generated carriers in the Z-scheme AgI/Bi5O7I plate. As a result, the photocatalytic ability of AgI/Bi5O7I plate increased by a factor of 21.9 than that of pure Bi5O7I and a factor of 45.7 than that of pure AgI under visible light irradiation. This study provides a facile fabrication of Z-scheme visible light photocatalysts with high performance and a method for designing semiconductor photocatalysts with controllable morphology.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To characterize hematolysis of Enterococcus from sheep. METHODS: Using plate assay (PA), contact hemolysis (CH), supernatant assay (SA), culture hemolysis (CLH) and PCR, we studied hemolysis characteristics of 11 Enterococcus clinical isolates, 30 isolates from healthy sheep, a standard G-Streptococcus and a standard Enterococcus. RESULTS: Rabbit blood and sheep blood were not hemolysising in the 11 clinical isolates analyzed by SA and CH. Of the clinical isolates 63.6% had beta-hemolysis with rabbit blood and 36.4% had ALPHA-hemolysis with sheep blood analyzed by PA and CLH assay. Of the cylA gene 63.6% was detected in clinical isolates, the sequence of cylA gene was 99.3% homologous with cylA of plasmid pAD1 (GenBank accession number: L37110). J-hemolysis had 53.3% in rabbit blood, alpha-hemolysis and beta-hemolysis in sheep blood had 53.3% and 43.3% respectively in 30 healthy sheep initial isolates with PA. Only 6% had hemolytic capacity in rabbit blood after second generations. The cylA gene was not detected in 30 healthy sheep isolates by PCR. Standard Enterococcus strain of alpha-hemolysis of sheep blood had no hemolysis of rabbit blood. CONCLUSION: The red blood cells could induce enterococci hemolysis secreting in the bacteria growth. The result was different with the Phenotype and the Genotype.
