RESUMO

Production internship is an important teaching tache for undergraduate students to carry out engineering training by using professional skills, and it is a key starting point for fostering application-oriented talents in biotechnology. The Course Group of 'production internship of biotechnology majors' of Binzhou University is investigating application-oriented transformation for local regular colleges and universities, as well as fostering high-level application-oriented talents. By taking green fluorescent protein (GFP) polyclonal antibody as an example, the reform and practice on teaching content, teaching mode, assessment method, continuous improvement of curriculum were carried out. Moreover, the characteristics of the Yellow River Delta-Binzhou Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Industrial Cluster were taken into account to intensify academic-enterprise cooperation. On one hand, this Course Group designed and rearranged the course contents, carried out essential training through online resources and platforms such as virtual simulation, and recorded, tracked and monitored the progress of production internship through practical testing and software platforms like 'Alumni State'. On the other hand, this Course Group established a practice-and application-oriented assessment method in the process of production internship and a dual evaluation model for continuous improvement. These reform and practices have promoted the training of application-oriented talents in biotechnology, and may serve as a reference for similar courses.

RESUMO

BackgroundSARS-CoV-2 is primarily transmitted through aerosolized droplets; however, the virus can remain transiently viable on surfaces. ObjectiveWe examined transmission within hemodialysis facilities, with a specific focus on the possibility of indirect patient-to-patient transmission through shared dialysis chairs. DesignWe used real-world data from hemodialysis patients treated between February 1st and June 8th, 2020 to perform a case-control study matching each SARS-CoV-2 positive patient (case) to a non-SARS-CoV-2 patient (control) in the same dialysis shift and traced back 14 days to capture possible exposure from chairs sat in by SARS-CoV-2 patients. Cases and controls were matched on age, sex, race, facility, shift date, and treatment count. Setting2,600 hemodialysis facilities in the United States. PatientsAdult (age [≥]18 years) hemodialysis patients. MeasurementsConditional logistic regression models tested whether chair exposure after a positive patient conferred a higher risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection to the immediate subsequent patient. ResultsAmong 170,234 hemodialysis patients, 4,782 (2.8%) tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 (mean age 64 years, 44% female). Most facilities (68.5%) had 0 to 1 positive SARS-CoV-2 patient. We matched 2,379 SARS-CoV-2 positive cases to 2,379 non-SARS-CoV-2 controls; 1.30% (95%CI 0.90%, 1.87%) of cases and 1.39% (95%CI 0.97%, 1.97%) of controls were exposed to a chair previously sat in by a shedding SARS-CoV-2 patient. Transmission risk among cases was not significantly different from controls (OR=0.94; 95%CI 0.57 to 1.54; p=0.80). Results remained consistent in adjusted and sensitivity analyses. LimitationAnalysis used real-world data that could contain errors and only considered vertical transmission associated with shared use of dialysis chairs by symptomatic patients. ConclusionsThe risk of indirect patient-to-patient transmission of SARS-CoV-2 infection from dialysis chairs appears to be low. RESUMO

Objective To compare the traditional anterior transposition and anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve for the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome. Methods Eighty cases with cubital tunnel syndrome were enrolled in the retrospective study from January 2009 to March 2013,40 cases (control group) were treated by traditional anterior transposition while the others (observation group) were treated by anterior subcutaneous with blood supply.According to the evaluation criteria of ulnar nerve, evaluated the function of patients and compared the scores of two groups and the improved rate of different level patients. Results The scores of two groups before surgery were (3.6 ± 0.4),(3.7 ± 0.5) scores, after surgery were (7.5 ± 0.9),(7.4 ± 0.6) scores respectively, there was significant difference between two groups before and after surgery (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05).The improved rate of observation group was 87.5% (35/40),which was higher than that of control group [85.0% (34/40)],but without statistical difference (P > 0.05).In two groups the patients with middle scores showed no statistical significance in improved rate [90.0% (27/30) vs.96.4% (27/28)] (P > 0.05).Two treatments showed a significant difference for the low scores patients 8/10 vs.7/12 (P <0.05).Conclusion Anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve is better than traditional anterior transposition for the gross cubital tunnel syndrome patients.

RESUMO

Growth of ordered perylene thin films on the Ag(110) surface has been investigated with scanning tunneling microscope. By saturating the surface with a monolayer of perylene molecules, two kinds of ordered structures are simultaneously formed with flat-lying perylene molecules on the Ag(110) surface, in which one is commensurate relative to the Ag substrate with a periodicity of while the other is commensurate with a periodicity of (-2724). There is one molecule within the former unit cell with a surface coverage of 0.1 molecule per Ag atom, while there are two molecules within the latter unit cell, which gives a slightly lower surface coverage of 0.091 molecule per Ag atom. Ab initio calculations have been carried out to identify the adsorption geometry and bonding sites.

RESUMO

Object To search for more bioactive alkaloids from Aconitum coreanurn through this fur-ther study. Methods The ethanolic extract from the root of A. coreanum was isolated by aluminium oxidecolumn chromatography, the constituent structures were elucidated mainly by their physicochemical prop-erties and spectroscopic (IR, ESI-MS,1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR,1 H-1 HCOSY, HMQC, and HMBC)analysis. Results Seven alkaloids were obtained from the root of A. coreanum, they were identified as: 11, 13-di-acetyl-14-hydroxy-2-isobutyryl hetisine ( Ⅰ ), guan-fu base G ( Ⅱ ), guan-fu base F ( Ⅲ ), guan-fu base Z( Ⅳ ), guan-fu base I ( Ⅴ ), guan-fu base K ( Ⅵ ), and guan-fu aminealcohol (Ⅶ). Conclusion Compound I is a new natural product, named as guan-fu base P, its 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR data are reported first inthis paper.

RESUMO

AIM:To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Carthamus Tinctorius L.by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).METHODS:The chromatographic fingerprint of Carthamus Tinctorius L.was established by HPLC with a RP-C_ 18 column,acetonitrile-water(0.5 phosphoric acid)gradient elution,a DAD diode array detector at 275 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 25 ℃。 RESULTS:34 co-peaks of Carthamus Tiuctorius L.were gained from 10 producing provinces. Its basic features were rough consistent each other.Hydrosafflor yellow A,was selected as marker, among samples the content of Xinjiang was the highest in the all samples.CONCLUSION:This method provides useful information for identification of traditional Chinese medicines, the fingerprints of samples of Carthamus Tinctorius L.can be used to control the quality combined with content determination.
