RESUMO

The investigation displayed in the article was conducted in order of estimating the content of interleukin-1, tumornecrotic factor and fibrinogen in the patients suffering from the I and II type diabetes mellitus complicated by the lower extremity inflammatory-necrotic process. The type II diabetes was shown to have these substances level as higher as the I one, increasing even more at administrating heparin to the patients. The manifestation of hypercoagulative properties of the latter, as it's postulated, is a result of increasing the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines.

RESUMO

Of 266 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) 240 were operated on for purulent-necrotic affection of foot. The carbohydrate metabolism state before the operation and the postoperative course of DM do not influence the surgical intervention volume and the operative wound healing. The glycemia level exceeding 11 mmol/l 3 days after the operation trusts the nonviability of the tissues resided and the need for reoperation.

RESUMO

NIDDM patients were studied for the condition of their system of hemostasis as related to the presence of diabetes-associated abnormalities of the nervous and vascular systems. The hemostasis system undergoes unequal changes that appeared to be related to the presence and degree of complications. In the absence of apparent clinical manifestations of diabetes complications the above-named system is in the state of either normo- or hypofunction. Moderate severity neuro- and angiopathies present with hypercoagulation with concomitant decline in the reaction of fibrinolysis. In those instances in which the patient's condition is very serious, with grave forms of diabetic foot, depression of processes of fibrinolysis is being maintained with concurrent development of manifest phenomena of hypocoagulation, which fact cast doubt on the expediency of employment of anticoagulants.

RESUMO

Analysis of 17 haemostasis indexes has been done in 10 insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus patients, 5 insulin-independent diabetes mellitus patients and in 9 healthy donors. It was determined some of the same type changes and peculiarities which must be taken into consideration both by the estimation of blood system coagulation activity of patients treatment and by definition of disease prognosis etc.
