Agriculture is one of the most hazardous occupations, with many workers experiencing occupational accidents and ill health. The misuse of toxic substances, often due to inadequate protective measures, raises concerns about both individual and nature safety. However, the strenuous tasks done by the agricultural workers, especially those related to pesticide exposure and some challenges affect the farmer's health and well-being. This review paper used databases like PubMed and Google Scholar to elaborate this. English language studies are included and other languages are excluded. The health system for agricultural labour in India sheds light on the neglected status of agricultural workers and emphasizes the need for health promotion programs. For that, training and interventions are important as crucial elements in reducing pesticide exposure, with a call for the enforcement of existing laws and regulations. Agriculture workers have a proper knowledge and attitude towards the safety and program to overcome the health-related conditions they face. This paper also addresses the practices of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the challenges faced by farmers in adopting adequate safety measures.

Urbanization is a phenomenon that shows the expansion of urban areas in conjunction with industrial and economic progress. Rapid world urbanization is caused by the swift rise in urban residents as a proportion of the population. Efforts to examine the quality of urban life and urbanization as distinct risk factors for mental illness within specific age groups have been made. However, the issue remains contentious and largely unresolved. Urban mental health issues, such as substance abuse, fear of crime, poverty, and ethnicity, are associated with factors like depression, aggression, fear, sadness, and personality disorders. The entire gamut of the population, particularly adult males and females, is affected by these impacts of urbanization. The size of the population increases the prevalence of the preview study. India is expected to concentrate highly on the whole urban population, but this might inadvertently cause harm to urban residents. This review discusses the impact of urbanization on mental health and well-being. We search via PubMed (Medline), Google Scholar, and databases like WHO. The language of the study is English, and other language articles are excluded. The mental health challenges associated with urbanization impact the entire population, with a notable emphasis on adult males and females. They are raising awareness about various urban programs designed for urban populations. It will function as a coordinator of change in a rapidly modified Indian society to spread awareness about mental illnesses throughout all segments of society.

Psoriasis is a chronic systemic inflammatory condition, and psychiatric comorbidities are common in this condition. It is a non-communicable, autoimmune, and incurable disease. Psoriasis causes an adverse effect and is connected with various psychological symptoms like social isolation, guilt, and embarrassment of a patient. They decrease self-esteem because of depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse adults. The prevalence rate of adults is gradually increasing. This study uses various scales to evaluate the level of psoriasis. This study aims to evaluate the level of depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse among adult psoriasis patients and to identify the factors affecting psoriasis patients. A detailed search was carried out using essential databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and the World Health Organization (WHO) database to search for articles elucidating the same. In total articles, 36 out of 160 are selected. All studies found that psoriasis is at a positive level in that the level of depression and anxiety is moderate to severe, the level of stress is moderate, the level of alcohol abuse is higher, and the level of smoking consumption is ever-increasing. A severe skin condition that impacts the quality of life and psychological health. It has become a public health issue. All the selected articles assessed patients who were highly affected by depression, anxiety, stress, and abuse. They also assessed the various comorbidities related to psoriasis.
