RESUMO

Three-dimensional MRI has gained increasing popularity in various clinical applications due to its improved through-plane spatial resolution, which enhances the detection of subtle abnormalities and provides valuable clinical information. However, the long data acquisition time and high computational cost pose significant challenges for 3D MRI. In this comprehensive review article, we aim to summarize the latest advancements in accelerated 3D MR techniques. Covering over 200 remarkable research studies conducted over the past 20 years, we explore the development of MR signal excitation and encoding, advancements in reconstruction algorithms, and potential clinical applications. We hope that this survey serves as a valuable resource, providing insights into the current state of the field and serving as a guide for future research in accelerated 3D MRI.

RESUMO

The quantitative relationship between the energy dissipation capacity of RC members and displacement deformation, cumulative energy dissipation and structural design parameters were established by the research group in the early stage, and then the damage index based on energy dissipation capacity and performance index limits were proposed. Based on the existing research, the seismic design method of RC square/rectangular column members for SDOF systems based on damage performance is proposed, and the method is introduced by an example. It is found that the seismic design method establishes a quantitative relationship between the structural design parameters and seismic parameters, which is convenient to guide the structural design. The increase in the ratio of transverse reinforcement can reduce the damage to RC column members, but when the ratio of transverse reinforcement exceeds a certain threshold value, the damage reduction effect is not obvious. The increase of the earthquake duration can aggravate the development of the damage to the RC column members, and the increasing effect is first fast and then slow. This seismic design method can make up for the deficiency that the duration effect is not considered in the current seismic code.

RESUMO

C-type lectins (CTLs) play vital roles in invertebrates' innate immunity. Six CTL-X type lectins are identified in Tribolium castaneum. However, their functions and regulating mechanisms remain elusive. Here, TcCTL12, one CTL-X, was identified and cloned from T. castaneum. Spatiotemporal expression profiling revealed that TcCTL12 highly expressed in late pupa and early adult of T. castaneum in comparison with other developmental stages, and exhibited the highest expression level in the haemolymph and central nervous system (CNS). Then, the expression of TcCTL12 was remarkably induced by the stimulation of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Moreover, the recombinant protein TcCTL12 could bind pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) including LPS and PGN, and displayed agglutinative activity to both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in a calcium-dependent manner in vitro. Furthermore, RNAi of TcCTL12 caused T. castaneum pupation and eclosion defected. The abnormal pupa thinned their epidermal, and appeared the abnormal development of muscle cell compared with the control group. Additionally, depletion of TcCTL12 resulted in reducing fertility of offspring and affected their fecundity. In sum, these results indicated that TcCTL12 had extensive functions in the regulation of development in T. castaneum, in addition to the immune response. It further expanded insights into CTL functions in insects.
