RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The utilization of short videos by individuals often leads to the emergence of information exchange behavior. Previous studies have shown that certain students with psychological disorders exhibit addictive tendencies towards short video-related software. Therefore, it is essential to address the psychology and behavior of college students with psychological disorders while engaging with short videos. This study aims to explore the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders. METHODS: We conducted semi-structured interviews with 30 college students afflicted by psychological disorders in a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, China from September to December 2022. Based on the Grounded theory, we encoded 30 text materials across three levels to explore the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders, and subsequently build a model framework. RESULTS: The findings of this study suggest that college students with psychological disorders exhibit negative cognition tendencies that can lead to strongly negative emotions, excacerbated by a lack of social support. These adverse factors collectively drive the consumption of short video content in this demographic, providing a virtual environment where they can fulfill their unmet social needs. Therefore, the mechanism governing short video messages interaction among college students with psychological disorders encompasses negative cognitive tendencies, negative emotions, lack of social support, post-video-watching behaviors, and the gratification of social needs within the confines of a virtual environment. CONCLUSIONS: This study comprehensively analyzes the motivation and complexity of college students with psychological disorders in short video interaction. Although short videos provide this group with some ways of self-expression and emotional support, they still have a negative impact on their physical and mental health. The short video interaction of college students with psychological disorders is affected by many factors, including their negative cognitive tendencies, negative emotions, lack of social support, post-video-watching behaviors, and the gratification of social needs within the confines of a virtual environment. These findings deepened our understanding to the mechanism of short video information interaction behavior among college students with psychological disorders, also provided us with guidance on facilitating the proper use of short video and maintaining the mental health. In future researches, researchers can discuss more about intervention measures to help this demographic cope with the challenges from short video interaction.

RESUMO

Objective:To understand the current situation and demand of intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique training for PICC specialist nurses in Shandong Province, and provide a reference for further improving and improving the training of PICC specialist nurses. Methods:From July 7-23, 2019, a total of 903 PICC specialist nurses in Shandong Province were selected by the convenience sampling method. The nurses were investigated by the self-made general information questionnaire of PICC specialist nurses in Shandong Province and the training demand questionnaire of intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique.Results:40.75% (368/903) PICC specialist nurses had participated in intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique training; 84.27% (761/903) PICC specialist nurses thought it necessary to conduct intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique training. PICC specialist nurses had various training on intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique, the average content requirements were all above 4.67 points. The highest score of theoretical training content was the judgment of the relationship between catheter tip position and electrocardiogram P wave (4.80 ± 0.47), and the highest score of operation training content was the intracavitary electrocardiography guided PICC catheterization (4.74 ± 0.55). 94.24%(851/903) PICC specialist nurses hoped to achieve the goal of improving clinical nursing practice ability through intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique training. Intravenous therapy specialist academic conference was the main hoped training form(76.85%, 694/903). Multiple regression analysis showed that the number of years of catheterization, job position and understanding of the technology were the influencing factors of PICC specialist nurses′ training needs for intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique ( t = -3.73,3.12, -3.63, all P<0.05). Conclusions:The training rate of intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique was low, but PICC specialist nurses had higher training requirements for intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique. Managers should pay attention to the training of intracavity electrocardiographic positioning technique, and develop targeted training programs to further improve the clinical practice capabilities of the PICC specialist nursing team.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate any effect of different environments on the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), cortisol and testosterone using SAMP8 senescence-accelerated mice. Methods:Thirty SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into an enriched environment (EE) group, an impoverished environment (IE) group and a standard environment (SE) group, each of 10. The serum levels of ACTH, cortisol and testosterone were measured in all of the mice after they had lived in their respective environments for 8 weeks. Results:The average ACTH concentrations of the IE, EE and SE groups were (60.54±16.22), (48.98±15.30) and (28.49±8.24)pg/ml respectively. The average cortisol concentrations were (5.37±0.81), (4.09±0.92) and (3.19±0.88)ng/ml. The average testosterone concentrations being (2.35±0.90), (7.07±1.57) and (3.16±1.10)ng/ml. The average ACTH and cortisol levels were significantly different between the SE and IE groups. The average ACTH and testosterone levels differed significantly between the SE and EE groups and between the EE and IE groups. Conclusions:An impoverished environment can increase the secretion of ACTH and cortisol and activate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, at least in SAMP8 mice. An enriched environment can promote the secretion of ACTH and testosterone, but not that of cortisol.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the status quo of a mobile nursing application acceptance of nurses, and analyze the influencing factors, so as to promote the application of a mobile nursing APP in clinic. Methods:On the principle of convenience sampling, 1207 participants from Shandong province were recruited to complete the self-designed questionnaire, including demographic data, smartphone use behavior and acceptance evaluation of the mobile nursing APP.Results:Average score of nurses' acceptance of a mobile nursing APP was 4.16±0.69. Multiple regression results showed that duty, use experience, recognition, smartphone self-efficacy and daily use time were the main factors affecting the acceptance of a mobile nursing APP for nurses ( t value was -7.132-22.678, P<0.05 or 0.01) and explained 39.1% of the total variation of the acceptance of mobile nursing app ( P<0.01). Conclusions:The acceptability of mobile nursing APP of clinical nurses is at a medium and high level, and it is influenced by the use experience, smartphone self-efficacy and other aspects, suggesting that nursing managers attach importance to the behavioral differences of nurses in using a mobile nursing APP.

RESUMO

With the continued development of molecular biology technologies, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)has shown certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. The emergence of next generation sequencing technology makes ctDNA detection more accurate and rapid. ctDNA plays a certain role in the early diagnosis, disease monitoring, therapeutic evaluation and medication guide of ovarian cancer by vir-tue of its safety and non-invasiveness. The application of ctDNA detection is insufficient at present, but with the continuous development of sequencing technology,ctDNA will play increasingly important roles in the diagno-sis,personalized treatment and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer.
