On days 1 and 4 after fractionated irradiation of rats with dose of 0.75 Gy changes in thymocyte and lymphocyte plasma membrane structures were studied. Structural parameters of fluorescence probe auramin binding, viscosity of free lipids and lipids bound with integral proteins as well as structural changes of membrane protein structure were determined. It was shown that after exposure to low doses the changes in membrane protein structures occurred both in thymocytes and lymphocytes. The changes in viscosity of membrane lipids and patterns of auramin binding were more pronounced in lymphocytes than in thymocytes. It is suggested that radiosensitivity of lymphocytes is higher than that of thymocytes.

In 42 patients with acute gastric bleeding of ulcer etiology, the content of circulating in the blood protein was studied. It is established that compensation of the indices of hemodynamics and vitality is maintained due to mobilization of protein reserves which are exhausted in blood loss of more than 30% of CBV.

Under study was the functional state of the sympathoadrenal system and correlation between its activity and the white blood parameters in 30 patients with ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum complicated by ulcer perforation, bleeding, peritonitis in the postoperative period. It was found that the complicated ulcer disease was accompanied by an increased functional activity of the sympathoadrenal system which was most pronounced in perforation.
