[The effect of low-molecular-weight heparin on the late follow-up results of the combined and complex treatment of patients with rectal cancer].

The late follow-up results of combined and complex treatment of 305 patients, suffering cancer recti, were analyzed. After the operation in 250 (82%) patients the anticoagulants were administered, including the low-molecular-weight heparin (calcium nadroparine)--129 (42.3%), and nonfractionized heparin--in 121 (39.7%). In 55 (18%) patients the complex and combined treatment was conducted, according to the present standards, without application of anticoagulants. There was proved, that administration of calcium nadroparine in combined and complex treatment of patients, suffering cancer recti, had promoted the patients three-year and five-year survival indices increase due to reduction of the tumors generalization.

The long-term results of radical surgical treatment of the patients with colon cancer are shown at usage in the postoperative period calcium nadroparin, ticlopidine and unfractionated heparin. At the comparative analysis is established, that at application calcium nadroparin, and calcium nadroparin in a complex with ticlopidine the increase of an index of a hollow--charge survival rate for a miscellaneous degree is marked, depending on a level of differentiation and growth form of a swelling.

[Follow-up results of treatment of gastric cancer concerning the tumor spreading in application of antihemostatic preparations]. / Viddaleni rezul'taty likuvannia raku shlunka shchodo poshirennia pukhlyny pry zastosuvanni antyhemostatychnykh zasobiv.

Comparative study of follow-up results of the gastric cancer (GC) treatment, using nonfractionized heparin (NFH), nadroparinum of calcium (NC) independently and in combination with tyclopidinum (TP) after performance of radical operation was conducted. Analysis was performed, taking into account level of the tumor invasion and involvement of regional lymphatic nodes. There was established, that combined application of fractionized heparin and antiaggregant had promoted to improve the survival index, level which differed depending on invasion of tumor.

Comparative analysis of influence of unfractionated heparin, calcium nadroparin and combined application of calcium nadroparin and ticlopidin on the thrombocytes activity was conducted. Analysis of late follow up results of treatment witnessed that using various diagrams of antithrombotic therapy in patients with colonic cancer the indexes of cumulative survival are different.

[The impact of hemodilution and low-molecular-weight fraxiparin on volumetric indexes and frequency of postoperative complications in surgical treatment of patients with oncological diseases]. / Vplyv hemodyliutsiï ta nyz'komolekuliarnoho heparynu fraksyparynu na volemichni pokaznyky ta chastotu pisliaoperatsiinykh uskladen' pry khirurhichnomu likuvanniu patsiientiv z onkolohichnymy zakhvoriuvanniamy.

The influence of moderate hemodilution (HD) and of low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) fraxiparine on volumetric indexes (VI) and postoperative complications frequency in 38 patients with cancer recti, to whom intraoperative blood transfusion was not performed, was estimated. Control group consisted of 45 patients, in whom the preserved blood was used for restoration of the blood loss. While application of moderate HD and LMWH the VI had lowered in less extent than while performance of the erythrocytes mass transfusion, the postoperative complications frequency was also lower.
