RESUMO
Computer-aided diagnosis was performed, as recommended by Nakatani, in 117 male subjects with sexual problems; of these, 75 underwent microwave resonance therapy (MRT), with 21 subjects having it as a monomethod of their treatment. MRT was found to be useful in treatment of patients with ineroreceptive and psychogenic forms of sexual dysfunctions. Diagnosis according to Nakatani may be recommended for use as a paraclinical method to control the treatments administered.

The clinico-morphologic, clinico-endocrinologic, and morpho-endocrinologic parallels were studied in 126 males with aspermia who underwent genitography and biopsy of the testes. On the basis of the findings, the structure of male sterility in aspermia was exactly identified and the differential diagnostic value of certain values was established; a correlation between the blood follitropine content and the degree of spermatogenesis inhibition in testicular aspermia was revealed in particular. Testosterone excreted in the urine and circulating in blood plasma is reduced by more than three times in this case, while the plasma estradiol level increases 1.5 times. Obturation aspermia accounts for 12.7% and testicular aspermia for 87.3% of all cases of aspermia. Further search for clinico-laboratory and laboratory differential diagnostic criteria in aspermia is necessary. The modern methods of treatment are ineffective.

A study is presented of the clinical, endocrinological, morphological indices in 126 patients with sterility. In testicular aspermia the androgenic-estrogenic balance reduced in all kind sterility independent of the clinical signs of hypoandrogenization and degree of disorder of spermatogenesis. A correlative dependence was revealed between the level of follitropin in the blood plasma and degree of inhibition of spermatogenesis in secretory sterility.

The authors examined 32 patients with Klinefelter's syndrome: 21 with chromatine-positive (the 1st group), 11 with chromatine-negative (the 2nd group). In contrast to the patients of the 2nd group an altered karyotype was revealed in patients of the 1st group (47/XXY, 46XY/47XXY, 48XXXY/49XXXXY). Hormonal examination revelaed hypoandrogenia with a relative hyperestrogenuria in the majority of the patients of the 1st and 2nd groups. However, patients of the 2nd group displayed a greater preservation of the reserve testicular function. Further clinical, endocrinological and cytogenetic studies of the Klinefelter's syndrome is necessary for its differential diagnosis and correction.

The relationship between the blast lymphocyte transformation response (BLTR) to PHA P, Con A, PWM and 11-hydroxycorticosteroids (I) and the testosterone (II) levels in the blood plasma and the excretion of 17-ketosteroids with the urine were studied in 11 dogs with experimental urogenous prostatitis, provoked by Staphylococcus aureus, isolated from a patient with chronic prostatitis. Multiple correlation between the BLTR and hormonal factors was noted before the experiment. It was disturbed in a month and restored 2 months after the beginning of the experiment. Before the studies the relationships were mainly realized by direct correlation with 1 and 2 months after the experiment--due to the negative correlation with II. A homeostatic nature of the hormone lymphoid relationship with respect to 11-hydroxy-corticosteroids is suggested.
