[Logico-semantic modeling of the structure of the hardware and software of medico-biological measurements]. / Logiko-semanticheskoe modelirovanie struktury apparatnykh i programmnykh sredstv mediko-biologicheskikh izmerenii.

An optimal correlation between the development tendencies, the popular use of reliable, practically checked technical novelties, the creation and mastering of principally new types of technique and technology is of great value in the development of science and technology programme. This task is solved by logico-semantic modelling. The prospects of the stated approach are conditioned by the possibilities of automatization of the purpose-supposing approach, that during the elaboration of medical scientific and technical programmes leads to reduction of expenditures for carrying out this function, allows to raise the demands for structure and order of program realisation, removes the duplication of search operations and information transmission in the preparatory period, that finally reduces the elaboration time and increases the quality of scientific and technical programme, provides complex approach to medical information problems. The possibilities of the method of logico-semantic modelling are described on the example of structure of the branch scientific and technical programme formation, directed to elaboration of technical and program methods of the system of automatization of medico-biological measuring.

[Importance of the thrombocyte count and form for contact activation of the blood kallikrein-kinin system in vitro]. / Znachenie kolichestva i formy trombotsitov dlia kontaktnoi aktivatsii kallikrein-kininovoi sistmey krovi in vitro.

The importance of the platelet count and intactness for contact Hageman's factor-dependent activation of blood plasma kallikrein has been demonstrated. The degree of kallikrein activation was in agreement with the count of platelets contained by the sample. Kallikrein activation was also found to be potentiated by the membrane fraction of washed platelets and of those destroyed by freezing and thawing. The cellular contents did not produce any significant effect on the activation in question.

[Erythrocyte interaction during aggregation according to scanning electron microscope findings]. / Vzaimodeistvie éritrotsitov pri aggregatsii po dannym rastrovoi élektronno i mikroskoppi.

Scanning electron microscopy was used to study red cell aggregation caused by intravascular injection of dextran (m. w. 500 000). Two types of aggregates were revealed. Type 1 was represented by aggregates of red cells with no substantial change in the form while type 2 by aggregates with the wrinkling of the surface of red cells and enlarged area of red cell surface contacts. Both types are prone to disaggregation after injection of rheopolyglucin.
