RESUMO
Some scientific and scientific-industrial radioecological problems of Chernobyl NPP Exclusion Zone are considered. These problems are demanding its solution or development of already obtaining results for adequate understanding and planning of conducted researches as well as for decision support of activities directed to minimization of the accident consequences. Following problems are discussed: an estimation of radiological significance of natural and technogenic objects of the Zone, long-term dynamics of radioecological processes, autorehabilitation processes of the Zone ecosystems, complex estimation of the influence of the Zone technogenic objects to radioecological state of ecosystems, radioecology of urban ecosystems (by the example of former town Pripyat) and problems of rehabilitation of abandoned areas.

The two-component convective-diffusional model was used for determination of vertical migration parameters of 90Sr [correction of 90Cs] and 137Cs in meadow ecosystems and dependence from meadow type and soil properties was shown. The migration coefficients decrease in the order: peat land, lowland meadows, flood-plain meadows, dry meadows. The ecological half-life in the root zone ranges from 55 to 143 y for dry meadows and from 15 to 21 y for peat lands. Analogous parameters for 90Sr was 30-96 and 13-18 y, respectively. Since 1987 to 1994 the ecological half-life of 137Cs increased by a factor of 1.7-6.0.

In order to study changes in the functional state of the pancreas 1572 investigations of the blood and urine amylase, atoxylresistant lipase of the blood serum before operation were performed in different postoperative periods in 131 patients with acute appendicitis. The enzyme activity was established to increase, especially in destructive forms of appendicitis and in elderly patients.
