From 2004 to 2013,Peking Union Medical College had implemented technology innovation plans to build 12 innovation teams funded by Ministry of Education.This paper made statistical analysis of the results and achievements of the team building initiatives and put forward new ideas and measures for future development.

The Union Youth Science & Research Fund was set up by the Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) using the Fundamental Research Funds for the central universities.Education Ministry's National College Special Fund for Basic Science& and Research drafted and implemented its own management rules.The rules standardize the fund's various aspects including its system construction,project classification,implementation terms,outlay management,and project management.In consequence,the rules promoted the young teachers' research on funded-subjects and improved the management level on scientific research projects.

Fuwai Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences constructed three research plat-forms by integration of resources in 2004 which included central laboratory, pathophysioiogy center and ani-mal center. It mainly aimed to provide the use of equipment, technical training, guidance and experimental animals, etc. For hospital researchers and graduate students in this paper, we reviewed the three research platforms and analyzed the positive effect of research platforms on personnel training and promoting the re-search and development of the hospital.

Objective To analyze the distribution features of systemic vascular resistance(SVR)disorder in healthy subjects at Guangxi province.Methods SVR and systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),pulse pressure(PP),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),stroke index(SI),left ventricular ejection time(LVET),left cardiac work(LCW) and cardiovascular function were measured with Bioz.com Cardio Dynamics.Results The incidence of SVR disorder in youngster and elder was higher than other subjects.The prevalence of SVR disorders was more among females than among males(P

Objective To analyze the clinical presentation and the effects on both mothers and fetuses with HELLP syndrome induced hyregtensive disorder complicating pregrancy and to investigate the effective methods for diagnosis and treatment. Methods 15 cases of HELLP syndroms were retrospectively analyzed on material and perinatal outcomes. Results In 15case of women with HELLP syndrome, all of them presented antepartum HELLP. Mean gestational age at delivery was 34 weeks. Severe maternal complications included placental abruption,DIC ,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress, et al. All of them underwent cesaresn section and required transfusions with blood or blood products. 1 case of perinatal death was related to placental abruption. Conclusion HELLP syndrome is a severe obstetric complication. Better prognosis may be achiveved by early diagnosis, synthetic therapy and optimal termination of pregnancy.
