Carbonylative Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling by immobilized Ni@Pd NPs supported on carbon nanotubes.

In this study, a novel carbon nanotube (CNT) based nanocatalyst (Ni@Pd/CNT) was synthesized by modifying CNTs using Ni@Pd core-shell nanoparticles (NPs). Ni@Pd/CNT was used in catalytic carbonylative cross-coupling between 4-iodoanisole and phenylboronic acid. The Ni@Pd NPs possessed a magnetic nickel (Ni) core with a palladium (Pd) structural composite shell. Thus, the use of Ni had led to a reduced consumption of Pd without sacrificing the overall catalytic performance, simultaneously making it reusable as it could be conveniently recovered from the reaction mixture by using an external magnetic field. Immobilization of the Ni@Pd NPs on carbon nanotubes not only prevented their aggregation, but also significantly enhanced the accessibility of the catalytically active sites. The abovementioned approach based on carbon nanotubes and Ni@Pd NPs provided a useful platform for the fabrication of noble-metal-based nanocatalysts with easy accessibility and low cost, which may allow for an efficient green alternative for various catalytic reductions.

Cloning and expression of duck C4BPα and verification of its interaction with Riemerella anatipestifer / 生物工程学报

To study the interaction between C4b-binding protein (C4BP) and Riemerella anatipestifer (RA), we cloned duck C4BPα, conducted prokaryotic expression and prepared the polyclonal antibody by immunizing mice. Then indirect immunofluorescence assay and dot blotting hybridization assay were used to verify the interaction between C4BP and RA. The full length of duck C4BPα nucleotide sequence was 1 230 bp, with the highest similarity to chicken C4BPα (82.1%). Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that duck C4BPα and chicken C4BPα were on the same phylogenetic tree branch and the genetic evolution relationship between them was the closest. C4BPα was efficiently expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The recombinant proteins existed in intracellular soluble form. The titer of polyclonal antibody was more than 1:10 000 and polyclonal antibodies could specifically recognize the recombinant proteins. The results of indirect immunofluorescence assay and dot blot hybridization assay showed that RA could interact with duck C4BP. The results provide a basis to further reveal the pathogenesis of RA.

Study of placebo used in the Chinese medicinal clinical trail / 国际中医中药杂志

Objective To study the influencing factors of the colorants used in the placebo of herbal medicine.Methods The effect of pH value,temperature,and illumination and sterilization method on the coloring of the pigments like carmine,sunset yellow 60,brilliant blue 60 and caramel were investigated by determining the Lab value with the instrument.Results PH value of solution had effects on the coloring of carmine and sunset yellow 60,but no effects on the brilliant blue 60 and caramel.When pH values of the solutions were adjusted to 10,chromatic aberration values of carmine and sunset yellow 60 were 17.29 and 27.29,respectively; In the conditions of acidification,the color of carmine and sunset yellow 60 solutions were not changed much; short heating and illumination had no effects on all the four pigments,and all the chromatic aberration values were less than 1.5; 60Co-ray irradiation had great effects on the coloring,and the chromatic aberration values of carmine,sunset yellow 60,brilliant blue 60 and caramel solutions after 60Co-ray irradiation were 12.43,22.45,37.53 and 19.22,respectively; While autoclaving (121 ℃,20 min) would not change the color of solution,and all those chromatic aberration values were less than 1.5.Conclusion These colorants are suitable for the placebo preparation of Chinese medicine decoction,which is recommended to be added in the preparation of the final link.60Co-ray irradiation sterilization is forbidden.

Fibrinolytic Dysfunction After A High-fat Meal Induced Postprandial Triglyceride and Inflammatory Responses in Normocholesterolemic Patients with Essential Hypertension / 中华高血压杂志

Objective To explore the potential influence of a high-fat meal on systemic inflammation and fibrinolytic dysfunction in normocholesterolemic patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods Plasma concentrations of lipids profiles,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP),plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1(PAI-1)and tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)antigens in fasting state(F)and at 4 hours after a single high-fat meal(P)were measured in 54 EH patients and 30 healthy controls(Con).Results Postprandial triglyceride concentrations increased significantly in both hypertensive patients and healthy controls(P
