RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the age-related changes of the mandibular third molar root pulp visibility in individuals in East China, and to explore the feasibility of applying this method to determine whether an individual is 18 years or older. METHODS: A total of 1 280 oral panoramic images were collected from the 15-30 years old East China population, and the mandibular third molar root pulp visibility in all oral panoramic images was evaluated using OLZE 0-3 four-stage method, and the age distribution of the samples at each stage was analyzed using descriptive statistics. RESULTS: Stages 0, 1, 2 and 3 first appeared in 16.88, 19.18, 21.91 and 25.44 years for males and in 17.47, 20.91, 22.01 and 26.01 years for females. In all samples, individuals at stages 1 to 3 were over 18 years old. CONCLUSIONS: It is feasible to determine whether an individual in East China is 18 years or older based on the mandibular third molar root pulp visibility on oral panoramic images.

RESUMO

The appearance and prevalence of multidrug-resistance (MDR) Gram-negative bacteria (GNB) have limited our antibiotic capacity to control bacterial infections. The clinical efficacy of colistin (COL), considered as the "last resort" for treating GNB infections, has been severely hindered by its increased use as well as the emergence and prevalence of mobile colistin resistance (MCR)-mediated acquired drug resistance. Identifying promising compounds to restore antibiotic activity is becoming an effective strategy to alleviate the crisis of increasing MDR. We first demonstrated that the combination of berberine (BBR) and EDTA substantially restored COL sensitivity against COL-resistant Salmonella and Escherichia coli. Molecular docking indicated that BBR can interact with MCR-1 and the efflux pump system AcrAB-TolC, and BBR combined with EDTA downregulated the expression level of mcr-1 and tolC. Mechanically, BBR combined with EDTA could increase bacterial membrane damage, inhibit the function of multidrug efflux pump, and promote oxidative damage, thereby boosting the action of COL. In addition, transcriptome analysis found that the combination of BBR and EDTA can accelerate the tricarboxylic acid cycle, inhibit cationic antimicrobial peptide (CAMP) resistance, and attenuate Salmonella virulence. Notably, the combination of BBR and EDTA with COL significantly reduced the bacterial load in the liver and spleen of a mice model infected with Salmonella. Our findings revealed that BBR and EDTA can be used as adjuvants collectively with COL to synergistically reverse the COL resistance of bacteria. IMPORTANCE: Colistin is last-resort antibiotic used to treat serious clinical infections caused by MDR bacterial pathogens. The recent emergence of transferable plasmid-mediated COL resistance gene mcr-1 has raised the specter of a rapid worldwide spread of COL resistance. Coupled with the fact of barren antibiotic development pipeline nowadays, a critical approach is to revitalize existing antibiotics using antibiotic adjuvants. Our research showed that berberine combined with EDTA effectively reversed COL resistance both in vivo and in vitro through multiple modes of action. The discovery of berberine in combination with EDTA as a new and safe COL adjuvant provides a therapeutic regimen for combating Gram-negative bacteria infections. Our findings provide a potential therapeutic option using existing antibiotics in combination with antibiotic adjuvants and address the prevalent infections caused by MDR Gram-negative pathogens worldwide.

RESUMO

Advanced and metastatic THCA patients usually have a poor prognosis. Thus, this study aimed to establish a risk model to discriminate the high risk population. The expression and clinical data were obtained from TCGA database. The cluster analysis, lasso, univariate and multivariate cox analyses were used to construct risk model. K-M, ROC and DCA were applied to validate the efficiency and stability of the model. GO, KEGG, and ssGSEA analysis were performed to identify the potential mechanism of signatures. The 7-gene prognosis model was constructed, including FAM27E3, FIGN, GSTM4, BEX5, RBPMS2, PHF13, and DCSTAMP. ROC and DCA results showed our model had a better prognosis prediction performance than other risk models. The high risk score was associated with the poor prognosis of THCA patients with different clinical characteristics. The risk score was closely related to cell cycle. Further, we found that the expressions of signatures were significantly dysregulated in THCA and associated with prognosis. These gene expressions were affected by some clinical characteristics, methylation and CNV. Some signatures played a role in drug sensitivity and pathway activation. We constructed a 7-gene signature model based on the integrin-related genes, which showed a great prognostic value in THCA.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Cancer cells promote glycolysis, which supports rapid cell growth and proliferation. Phosphofructokinase-fructose bisphosphatases (PFKFBs), a family of bidirectional glycolytic enzymes, play key roles in the regulation of glycolysis in many types of cancer. However, their roles in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), the most common type of oral cancer, are still unknown. METHODS: We compared the gene expression levels of PFKFB family members and analyzed their clinical significance in oral cancer patients, whose clinical data were obtained the Cancer Genome Atlas database. Moreover, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, western blotting, assays for cell viability, cell cycle, cell migration and viability of cell spheroid were performed in scramble and PFKFB-silenced cells. RESULTS: We discovered that PFKFB3 expression in tumor tissues was slightly higher than that in tumor adjacent normal tissues but that PFKFB4 expression was significantly higher in the tumor tissues of oral cancer patients. High PFKFB3 and PFKFB4 expression had different effects on the prognosis of oral cancer patients with different clinicopathological outcomes. Our data showed that PFKFB3 and PFKFB4 play different roles; PFKFB3 is involved in cell viability, G2/M cell cycle progression, invasion, and migration, whereas PFKFB4 is involved in the drug resistance and cancer stemness of OSCC cells. Furthermore, oral cancer patients with co-expressions of PFKFB3/cell cycle or EMT markers and PFKFB4/stemness markers had poor prognosis. CONCLUSIONS: PFKFB3 and PFKFB4 play different biological roles in OSCC cells, which implying that they might be potential prognostic biomarkers for OSCC patients with certain clinicopathological outcomes.

RESUMO

Tuft cells are a type of rare epithelial cells that have been recently found to utilize taste signal transduction pathways to detect and respond to various noxious stimuli and pathogens, including allergens, bacteria, protists and parasitic helminths. It is, however, not fully understood how many different types of pathogens they can sense or what exact molecular mechanisms they employ to initiate targeted responses. In this study, we found that an anaerobic pathobiont microbe, Ruminococcus gnavus (R. gnavus), can induce tuft cell proliferation in the proximal colon whereas the microbe's lysate can stimulate these proximal colonic tuft cells to release interleukin-25 (IL-25). Nullification of the Gng13 and Trpm5 genes that encode the G protein subunit Gγ13 and transient receptor potential ion channel Trpm5, respectively, or application of the Tas2r inhibitor allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), G protein Gßγ subunit inhibitor Gallein or the phospholipase Cß2 (PLCß2) inhibitor U73122 reduces R. gnavus-elicited tuft cell proliferation or IL-25 release or both. Furthermore, Gng13 conditional knockout or Trpm5 knockout diminishes the expression of gasdermins C2, C3 and C4, and concomitantly increases the activated forms of caspases 3, 8 and 9 as well as the number of TUNEL-positive apoptotic cells in the proximal colon. Together, our data suggest that taste signal transduction pathways are not only involved in the detection of R. gnavus infection, but also contribute to helping maintain gasdermin expression and prevent apoptotic cell death in the proximal colon, and these findings provide another strategy to combat R. gnavus infection and sheds light on new roles of taste signaling proteins along with gasdermins in protecting the integrity of the proximal colonic epithelium.

RESUMO

Three-phase crystallization (TPC) was introduced in this study to purify L-menthol from menthol enantiomer mixtures in consideration of the formation of solid solutions. TPC is a new separation technology, which combines melt crystallization and vaporization to result in the desired crystalline product from a liquid mixture along with the unwanted components vaporized via the three-phase transformation by reducing temperature and pressure. The three-phase transformation conditions for the liquid menthol enantiomer mixtures were determined based on the thermodynamic calculations to direct the TPC experiments. A new model was proposed based on the mass and energy balances in consideration of the formation of the solid solutions to predict the yield and purity of the final L-menthol product during TPC. The yield and purity obtained from the TPC experiments were compared with those predicted by the model.

RESUMO

INTRODUCTION: Periodontitis is the main indication for dental extraction and often leads to peri-implantitis (PI). Alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) is an effective means of preserving ridge dimensions after extraction. However, whether PI prevalence is lower after ARP for extraction after periodontitis remains unclear. This study investigated PI after ARP in patients with periodontitis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study explored the 138 dental implants of 113 patients. The reasons for extraction were categorized as periodontitis or nonperiodontitis. All implants were placed at sites treated using ARP. PI was diagnosed on the basis of radiographic bone loss of ≥3 mm, as determined through comparison of standardized bitewing radiographs obtained immediately after insertion with those obtained after at least 6 months. Chi-square and two-sample t testing and generalized estimating equations (GEE) logistic regression model were employed to identify risk factors for PI. Statistical significance was indicated by p < 0.05. RESULTS: The overall PI prevalence was 24.6% (n = 34). The GEE univariate logistic regression demonstrated that implant sites and implant types were significantly associated with PI (premolar vs. molar: crude odds ratios [OR] = 5.27, 95% confidence intervals [CI] = 2.15-12.87, p = 0.0003; bone level vs. tissue level: crude OR = 5.08, 95% CI = 2.10-12.24; p = 0.003, respectively). After adjustment for confounding factors, the risks of PI were significantly associated with implant sites (premolar vs. molar: adjusted OR [AOR] = 4.62, 95% CI = 1.74-12.24; p = 0.002) and implant types (bone level vs. tissue level: AOR = 6.46, 95% CI = 1.67-25.02; p = 0.007). The reason for dental extraction-that is, periodontitis or nonperiodontitis-was not significantly associated with PI. CONCLUSION: ARP reduces the incidence of periodontitis-related PI at extraction sites. To address the limitations of our study, consistent and prospective randomized controlled trials are warranted.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate changes in alveolar bone width around dental implants and identify the anterior nasal spine (ANS), posterior nasal spine (PNS), and floor of the nasal cavity that can be used as reference landmarks for standardizing the orientation of different cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We enrolled two groups that comprised 30 implants. Two CBCT scans from the same patient after implant surgery in the first group were obtained to determine differences in the relative distance and angle between the ANS and apex of the dental implant. Then we compared the second group of patients' presurgical and postsurgical CBCT images to evaluate changes in alveolar bone width after dental implant surgery by the aforementioned bony landmarks. RESULTS: In the first group, no statistically significant differences were detected in the mean distance between the ANS, PNS and implant tip in different directions. In the second group, bone width increased at 1 mm (p = 0.020) and decreased at 4 mm (p < 0.001) and 7 mm (p < 0.001) below the alveolar bone crest after implant surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Within the limitations of the present study, the ANS, PNS, and floor of the nasal cavity can be useful in standardizing the orientation of CBCT scans and alveolar bone remodeling after implant surgery varied depending on the height and direction from the alveolar bone crest based on the three landmarks.

RESUMO

Purpose: This study aimed to further quantify the relationship between insulin antibodies (IAs) and the 2-hour insulin to C-peptide molar ratio (2h-ICPR) using a multiple linear regression model in T2DM patients. Methods: A total of 274 T2DM patients from April 2019 to December 2022 in Xiang'an Hospital of Xiamen University were included in this study. Multiple Linear Model Fitting was conducted on the candidate independent variables (age, BMI, HbA1c, and 2h-ICPR) for the multiple linear regression. The linear relationship between insulin antibodies (IAs) and the significant independent variables was presented by making multiple linear regression equations. Results: The total demographic characteristics of the included patients were as follows: age (51.92±13.10 years), BMI (24.94±3.99 kg/m2), HbA1c (9.70±2.39%), 2h-ICPR (0.12±0.11), and IAs (0.37±1.12COI). Linear relationships of independent variables: age (r=0.163, p=0.007), 2h-ICPR (r=0.259, p=0.001), BMI (r=0.007, p=0.907) and 2h-ICPR (r=0.092, p=0.129). Multiple linear regression: age (unstandardized ß=0.014, 95% CI: 0.004-0.024, p=0.004), 2h-ICPR (unstandardized ß=2.758, 95% CI: 1.555-3.962, p≤0.001). The regression equation: . Conclusion: The quantitative relationship between 2h-ICPR and insulin antibodies was . 2h-ICPR can be a preliminary screening indicator for insulin antibody testing in patients with type 2 diabetes.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Periodontal disease may drive a systemic inflammatory response that triggers migraine; however, the association between periodontal disease and migraine has rarely been investigated in a community-based setting. METHODS: This cross-sectional study included 66,109 participants aged 30 to 70 years from Taiwan Biobank (TWB). A structured questionnaire was administered to participants, who were also subjected to whole-genome single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping using the customized Axiom-TWB array. To identify subjects with periodontal disease and migraine, the computerized linkage of data obtained from TWB and the National Health Insurance Research Database was performed. Participants were evaluated for their genetic predisposition to migraine using a polygenic risk score. We examined and estimated the magnitude of associations between periodontal disease and migraine. RESULTS: In this study, 4618 (4618/66,109; 7%) participants with migraine and 61,491 (61,491/66,109; 83%) participants without migraine were included. Participants with migraine exhibited a higher prevalence of periodontal disease than participants without migraine (4324/4618; 94% vs. 56,036/61,491; 91%). A significant positive association was observed between periodontal disease and migraine, with an adjusted odds ratio (ORadj ) of 1.40 (95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.24-1.59; p < 0.001). The association remained consistent even after excluding participants with other comorbidities (ORadj  = 1.34; 95% CI = 1.16-1.55; p < 0.001). Moreover, the positive association between periodontal disease and migraine remained significant across the subgroups of age, sex, other comorbidities, and classified polygenic risk scores of migraine, with the ORadj ranging from 1.26 to 1.78. CONCLUSIONS: A significant positive association was observed between periodontal disease and migraine. Future studies need to explore the biological mechanisms of how periodontal disease might affect migraine.

RESUMO

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guanxinning Tablets+conventional western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and provide evidence-based references for clinical medication. Retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, randomized controlled trial(RCT) about Guanxinning Tablets for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from the inception to April 2022 were collected. After literature screening and data extraction, the bias risk assessment tool recommended by the Cochrane evaluation manual handbook 5.1.0 was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and RevMan 5.3 and Stata 14.0 were used for Meta-analysis. Eighteen RCTs were finally included, involving 2 281 patients. Meta-analysis showed that, compared with conventional western medicine treatment alone, Guanxinning Tablets+conventional western medicine significantly improved angina pectoris efficacy(RR=1.33, 95%CI[1.13, 1.57], P=0.000 8), electrocardiogram efficacy(RR=1.32, 95%CI[1.02, 1.71], P=0.03), and exercise duration(MD=59.53, 95%CI[39.16, 79.90], P<0.000 01) and reduced the incidence of cardiovascular events(MACE)(RR=0.43, 95%CI[0.30, 0.61], P<0.000 01), high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(MD=-2.75, 95%CI[-3.71,-1.79], P<0.000 01), and endothelin-1(ET-1) levels(MD=-9.34, 95%CI[-11.36,-7.32], P<0.000 01). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(RR=0.91, 95%CI[0.68, 1.22], P=0.52). Subgroup analysis showed that Guanxinning Tablets may have better short-term efficacy(less than 6 months) in the treatment of heart-blood stasis syndrome. GRADE grading showed that angina pectoris efficacy, electrocardiogram efficacy, MACE, and ET-1 were in the medium grade, hs-CRP and adverse reactions were in the low grade, and exercise duration was in the extremely low grade. In conclusion, the efficacy of Guanxinning Tablets+conventional western medicine is better than conventional western medicine treatment alone, with good safety. Therefore, it is recommended for the short-term treatment of patients with heart-blood stasis syndrome. However, the evidence quality of some results is low, and more rigo-rous RCT is still needed to enhance the reliability of evidence.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To study the protective effect of forsythiaside B (FB) against cerebral oxidative stress injury induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in mice and explore the underlying mechanism.@*METHODS@#Ninety C57BL/6 mice were randomized into sham-operated group, middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model group, and low-, medium and highdose (10, 20, and 40 mg/kg, respectively) FB groups. The expression levels of MDA, ROS, PCO, 8-OHdG, SOD, GSTα4, CAT and GPx in the brain tissue of the mice were detected using commercial kits, and those of AMPK, P-AMPK, DAF-16, FOXO3 and P-FOXO3 were detected with Western blotting. Compound C (CC), an AMPK inhibitor, was used to verify the role of the AMPK pathway in mediating the therapeutic effect of FB. In another 36 C57BL/6 mice randomized into 4 sham-operated group, MCAO model group, FB (40 mg/kg) treatment group, FB+CC (10 mg/kg) treatment group, TTC staining was used to examine the volume of cerebral infarcts, and the levels of ROS and SOD in the brain were detected; the changes in the protein expressions of AMPK, P-AMPK, DAF-16, FOXO3 and P-FOXO3 in the brain tissue were detected using Western blotting.@*RESULTS@#In mice with cerebral IR injury, treatment with FB significantly reduced the levels of ROS, MDA, PCO and 8-OHdG, increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, GSTα4, CAT and GPx, and enhanced phosphorylation of AMPK and FOXO3 and DAF-16 protein expression in the brain tissue (P < 0.01). Compared with FB treatment alone, the combined treatment with FB and CC significantly reduced phosphorylation of AMPK and FOXO3, lowered expression of DAF-16 and SOD activity, and increased cerebral infarction volume and ROS level in the brain tissue of the mice (P < 0.01).@*CONCLUSION@#FB inhibits oxidative stress injury caused by cerebral I/R in mice possibly by enhancing AMPK phosphorylation, promoting the downstream DAF-16 protein expression and FOXO3 phosphorylation, increasing the expression of antioxidant enzymes, and reducing ROS level in the brain tissue.

RESUMO

Background: Primary aldosteronism (PA) is currently considered the most common cause of secondary and endocrine hypertension. Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) as a new detection technique has been gradually applied in the diagnosis of PA. However, the diagnostic value of LC-MS/MS methods for PA has not been systematically clinically validated. The aim was to access the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of LC-MS/MS methods as screening tools in PA. Materials and methods: A literature search of PubMed, Embase, Medline, Web of Science, Scopus, Science Direct, and Chinese databases was carried out to June 2022 with no language restriction. Data on sensitivity and specificity and other evaluation indicators were extracted and pooled with STATA and Meta-disc software. Heterogeneity was evaluated and meta-regression and subgroup analysis was performed to elucidate sources of heterogeneity. Results: 12 studies of the diagnostic test were suitable and included in the meta-analysis. Pooled sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratio were 0.89 (95% CI: 0.83-0.93), 0.87 (95% CI: 0.82-0.91), and 55 (95% CI: 28-110), respectively. Subgroup analysis assessed the diagnostic power of LC-MS/MS based on the type of detection index. ARR and PAC based on LC-MS/MS methods have the higher diagnostic value compared with other indices, diagnostic odds ratios were 121.65 (95% CI: 36.28-407.98) and 49.85 (95% CI: 24.87-99.93). There was considerable heterogeneity among studies. Conclusion: LC-MS/MS methods had higher accuracy and reliability in the diagnosis of primary aldosteronism. LC-MS/MS-based ARR and PAC can be further promoted and applied in the diagnosis of primary aldosteronism.

RESUMO

Acupoint is the initial response site of acupuncture stimulus and also the source link of the effect onset of acupuncture. Acupuncture is a mechanical physical stimulus. How is the mechanical force of acupuncture transduced into neuroelectrical and biochemical signals at acupoint? How does the physiochemical information of acupoint launch acupuncture effect? All of these remain the common and crucial questions in the study of acupuncture effect mechanism. Physical changes are induced in the local tissue of acupoint by needling techniques, such as the deformation and displacement of muscle fibers, which may act on the nerve ending receptors and produce electroneurographic signals. Besides, these changes may activate the mechanosensitive ion channels of the cytomembrane in acupoint site. Through cellular signal transduction, the physical signals may be transformed into chemical ones to trigger the physiochemical coupling response of acupoint microenvironment. Eventually, acupuncture effect is generated via nerves and body fluids. "The mechanical force of acupuncture", through "the physiochemical transduction", promotes the body's perception and transmits acupuncture signals. It suggests that acupoint is the "transducer" in the physiochemical information coupling response of acupuncture.

RESUMO

Exercises can be categorized into either unilateral or bilateral movements. Despite the topic popularity, the answer to the question as to which (unilateral or bilateral) is superior for a certain athletic performance enhancement remains unclear. To compare the effect of unilateral and bilateral resistance training interventions on measures of athletic performance. Keywords related with unilateral, bilateral and performance were used to search in the Web of Science, PubMed databases, and Google Scholar and ResearchGate™ websites. 6365 articles were initially identified, 14 met the inclusion criteria and were included in the final analysis, with overall article quality being deemed moderate. The quantitative analysis comprised 392 subjects (aged: 16 to 26 years). Sub-group analysis showed that unilateral exercise resistance training resulted in a large effect in improving unilateral jump performance compared to bilateral training (ES = 0.89 [0.52, 1.26]). In contrast, bilateral exercise resistance training showed a small effect in improving bilateral strength compared to unilateral (ES = -0.43 [-0.71, -0.14]). Non-significant differences were found in improving unilateral strength (ES = 0.26 [-0.03, 0.55]), bilateral jump performance (ES = -0.04 [-0.31, 0.23]), change of direction (COD) (ES = 0.31 [-0.01, 0.63]) and speed (ES = -0.12 [-0.46, 0.21]) performance. Unilateral resistance training exercises should be chosen for improving unilateral jumping performance, and bilateral resistance training exercises should be chosen for improving bilateral strength performance.

RESUMO

Purpose: The purpose of our study was to analyze the characteristics of OGTT and the correlation between the insulin to C-peptide molar ratio (ICPR), HOMA-IR and insulin antibodies (IAs) in T2DM patients. Patients and Methods: A total of 77 T2DM patients were included and divided into the IA+ group (25 patients) and IA- group (52 patients). The values of serum glucose, insulin, and C-peptide testing during 2-h OGTT were summarized comparatively, and ROC was made to analyze the predictive value of ICPR for IAs. Results: At each time point of OGTT, there was no significant difference in serum glucose and C-peptide changes (p>0.05). Serum insulin levels in positive patients were elevated or not at different time points of the OGTT but ICPR was significantly different (P<0.05) in the two groups. Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that the presence of insulin antibodies was correlated with ICPR, but not with HOMA-IR, and ICPR-2h had a better prediction capacity (AUC=0.735, the optimal cutoff-point=0.11, Se=0.760, Sp=0.635). Conclusion: T2DM patients with IAs showed no difference in serum glucose and serum C-peptide changes, but elevated or not insulin levels on the OGTTs, compared with negative patients. ICPR-2h can be a preliminary diagnostic index to timely predict IAs in T2DM patients.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is rapidly changed medical habits, and dental clinics have been forced to adapt. This study explored the pandemic-induced changes in patient utilization of dental services to assist practitioners in responding efficiently to similar public crises as references in the future. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the correlation between patient profiles and dental visits attendance within 2 months before and during the outbreak. RESULTS: A total of 332 patients, 210 women and 122 men (total number of visits: 1068) were enrolled in this study. A significantly lower attendance rate was noted during the COVID-19 period (70.3%) than prior to the pandemic (83.4%). The rate of return visits for patients with a high education level during the COVID-19 period was significantly reduced from 96.5 to 93.1%. In addition, the number of days between two visits significantly increased during the pandemic. CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that, during the pandemic period, the attendance rates of return dental appointments decreased, and the rate of missed appointments for patients with a high educational levels was higher than that of patients with a low educational level. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Preventive management of these patients who are easy to miss dental appointments may enable more effective use of medical resources.
