The article covers algorithm to calculate individuals who are subjects for periodic medical examinations in Occupational medical centers. The algorithm involves assessing workers exposed to chemical and occupational hazards and counting repetition factor of thorough medical examinations according to Russian Health Ministry Order No 90 (March, 14, 1996).

[Pathogenetic connections between psycho-organic disorders in occupational diseases induced by exposure to antibiotics]. / Patogeneticheskie vzaimosviazi psikhoorganicheskikh rasstroistv pri professional'noi patologii, vyzvannoi vozdeistviem antibiotikov.

Occupational diseases caused by antibiotics were studied in 104 patients. Somato-neurologic disorders with concomitant psycho-organic signs were characteristic of the ailment. The severity of the psycho-organic syndrome depended on the allergic activity, the development of systemic allergic vasculitis, pathology of cerebral circulation with developing brain organic changes, and on the severity and complexity of the somatic pathology.
