RESUMO

The investigation was performed in 64 male albino rats, 18 of which stayed in comfortable conditions (control), while 48 were kept everyday for 4 hrs in open sun ground at temperature 30-40 degrees C during 3 months. Vascular-structural reorganizations in the myocardium of experimental animals developed during 1-15 days. Capillary-tissue disturbances increase with characteristic morphological manifestations of the blood circulation disorders prevailing in the left and right ventricles, sharp increase of vessel and capillary wall permeability, loosening of the organ stroma, dystrophic and degenerative processes in cardiomyocytes, presence of diapedese haemorrhages and decrease of glycogen content. From day 16 up to day 30 capillary-tissue disorders and manifestations of the structural-anatomic reorganizations subside although intramural blood circulation changes persist as well as single degenerative changes in cardiomyocytes and oedematous changes of the connective tissue framework. At later stages, up to day 90 the formed structural anatomical reorganizations stabolize, the signs of blood circulation disturbances disappear to significant extent, but complete normalization of microscopic myocardial structure does not occur.

RESUMO

In the experiment performed on 49 dogs architectonic peculiarities of the intraorganic lymphatic bed have been investigated under conditions of round-the-clock mobility restriction from 1 up to 90 days. Morphological and morphometrical results have demonstrated that rearrangement of the lymphatic bed elements occurs in parallel with certain changes in vessels and tissues of the organs studied (liver, diaphragm, kidneys, lung, pancreas). The course of the changes can be divided into 3 periods: 1) the first 10 days, 2) 11-30 days, 3) from 31 up to 90 days. As demonstrates the analysis during the whole experiment, in the third period (stabilization of the adaptive changes) the reaction of the deep and superficial vessels and capillaries is different in its direction.

RESUMO

Ketoconazole (aronazole manufactured by Janssen Pharmaceutica, Belgium) was used in the therapy of 29 patients with mycoses of the organ of vision, 5 of these with mycotic canaliculitis, 5 with mycotic conjunctivitis, 13 with keratomycosis, and 6 with mycotic endophthalmitis. The patients were administered 1 tablet of oronazole (200 mg of ketoconazole) daily usually for 2-3 weeks. In 6 cases with severe keratomycoses ketoconazole emulsion was additionally administered 5-6 times daily into the eye (in drops). 19 patients (including all those with keratomycosis) were cured, in 5 cases the clinical status improved, in another 5 no effect was achieved. No side effects were recorded. These data are in accord with the literature reports on the high efficacy of ketoconazole in the treatment of mycotic involvement of the organ of vision and on the high antimycotic spectrum of this drug.

RESUMO

By means of different histological and morphometric methods changes in vascular and tissue component structures have been studied in the lungs of 49 dogs constantly kept at restricted movement (in a specially constructed device) for 1, 3, 7, 15, 30, 60, and 90 days. Nearly in every period of the experiment edema is noted in the bronchial wall, in the perivasal and peribronchial connective tissue and in the interalveolar septa. In some parts of the lung the alveoles are emphisematously dilated, and some part of the interalveolar septa is thinned. With increasing time of hypokinesia the connective tissue gets coarse and the collagenous fibre fasciculi grow thicker along the course of the vascular bed, especially of the alveolar one. Thus, all the components are subjected to certain morphological alterations at hypokinesia, this, in its turn, affects the function of gas exchange.
