[THE REGIONAL EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZATION OF SELECTION AND REFERRAL OF PATIENTS TO "THE FEDERAL CENTER OF CARDIOVASCULAR SURGERY"].

The organization of accessible high-tech medical care is one of instruments of implementation of public health policy. This type of medical care decides primarily the issue of decreasing of mortality and disability of diseases of blood circulatory system increasing quality and duration of life of patients. The article presents the analysis of system of selection and referral of patients in need of specialized, high-tech included, medical care in «The Federal center of cardiovascular surgery¼ (Perm). The retrospective analysis id applied concerning functioning of this medical organization in 2012-2014.

[THE FOUNDERS OF FIRST CHAIRS OF HISTORY OF MEDICINE AND SOCIAL HYGIENE IN THE USSR].

The USSR academy of medical sciences was organized in 1944. At the same year, the institute of health care organization, medical statistics and social hygiene was included in its structure. Before the institute global tasks in area of research and pedagogic activities were stated. They were implemented in accordance with actual national demands. The institute became a leading research center of studying problems of population health, social hygiene, organization and management of health care and history of medicine. In 2003, the institute was renamed in the The RAMS national research institute of public health, and in 2013 was handed over the Federal agency of research organizations (FANO) of Russia. The directors of the institute were well-known scientists in the field of social hygiene health care organization and history of medicine. They made a significant input into development of medical education, combining scientific, managerial and pedagogic activities. The founders of the first chairs of history of medicine and social hygiene were the directors of the institute I.D. Strashun and N.A. Semashko.

[THE MEDICAL GENETIC COUNSELING AND PREVENTION OF INBORN AND CONGENITAL PATHOLOGY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION].

The review presents main causes and tasks of organization of medical genetic counseling targeted to preventing occurrence of patients with inherent and inborn pathology in families. It is demonstrated that improvement of methods of prenatal diagnostic increased effectiveness of medical genetic counseling. The resolution of problems of medical genetic counseling depends on population education and organization of preventive activities at the level of district physicians, family physicians and gynecologists.
