RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of 20/4Hz transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on anxiety symptoms in Parkinson's disease (PD) and the potential neural mechanism. METHODS: In the current randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled trial, 30 PD patients with anxiety (PD-A), 30 PD patients without anxiety (PD-nA), and 30 healthy controls (HCs) were enrolled. PD-A patients were randomly (1:1) allotted to real taVNS stimulation group (RS) or sham stimulation group (SS) to explore the efficacy of a two-week treatment of taVNS to promote anxiety recovery. Simultaneously, all participants were measured activation in the bilateral prefrontal cortex during verbal fluency task (VFT) using functional near-infrared spectroscopy. RESULTS: PD-A patients showed significantly decreased oxyhemoglobin in the left triangle part of the inferior frontal gyrus (IFG) during VFT, which was negatively related to the severity of anxiety symptoms. After two-week treatment of taVNS, the interaction of group and time had significant effect on HAMA scores (F = 18.476, p < 0.001, η2 = 0.398). In RS group, compared with baseline, HAMA scores decreased significantly in the post-treatment and follow-up condition (both p < 0.001). Meanwhile, in RS group, HAMA scores were lower than those in SS group in the post-treatment and follow-up condition (p = 0.006, <0.001, respectively). Furthermore, the 20/4Hz taVNS remarkably ameliorated anxiety symptoms in PD patients, directly correlated with the increased activation of the left triangle part of the IFG during VFT in RS group. CONCLUSION: Our results depicted that taVNS could ameliorate the anxiety symptoms of PD-A patients and regulated the function of the left triangle part of the IFG.

RESUMO

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is associated with mutations in lipopolysaccharide-binding protein ( LBP), but the underlying epigenetic mechanisms remain understudied. Herein, LBP -/- rats with NAFLD were established and used to conduct integrative targeting-active enhancer histone H3 lysine 27 acetylation (H3K27ac) chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with high-throughput and transcriptomic sequencing analysis to explore the potential epigenetic pathomechanisms of active enhancers of NAFLD exacerbation upon LBP deficiency. Notably, LBP -/- reduced the inflammatory response but markedly aggravated high-fat diet (HFD)-induced NAFLD in rats, with pronounced alterations in the histone acetylome and regulatory transcriptome. In total, 1 128 differential enhancer-target genes significantly enriched in cholesterol and fatty acid metabolism were identified between wild-type (WT) and LBP -/- NAFLD rats. Based on integrative analysis, CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein ß (C/EBPß) was identified as a pivotal transcription factor (TF) and contributor to dysregulated histone acetylome H3K27ac, and the lipid metabolism gene SCD was identified as a downstream effector exacerbating NAFLD. This study not only broadens our understanding of the essential role of LBP in the pathogenesis of NAFLD from an epigenetics perspective but also identifies key TF C/EBPß and functional gene SCD as potential regulators and therapeutic targets.

RESUMO

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease marked by comparatively focal dopaminergic neuron degeneration in the substantia nigra of the midbrain and dopamine loss in the striatum, which causes motor and non-motor symptoms. Currently, pharmacological therapy and deep brain stimulation(DBS) are the primary treatment modalities for PD in clinical practice. While these approaches offer temporary symptom control, they do not address the underlying neurodegenerative process, and complications often arise. Stem cell replacement therapy is anticipated to prevent further progression of the disease due to its regenerative capacity, and considering the cost of immunosuppression and the potential immune dysfunctions, autologous stem cell transplantation holds promise as a significant method against allogeneic one to treat Parkinson's disease. In this review, the safety concerns surrounding tumorigenicity and complications associated with transplantation are discussed, along with methods utilized to evaluate the efficacy of such procedures. Subsequently, we summarize the preclinical and clinical studies involving autologous stem cell transplantation for PD, and finally talk about the benefits of autologous stem cell transplantation against allogeneic transplants.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: In this randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled trial, we explored the effect of 20 Hz transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on gait impairments in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients and investigated the underlying neural mechanism. METHODS: In total, 22 PD patients and 14 healthy controls were enrolled. PD patients were randomized (1:1) to receive active or sham taVNS (same position as active taVNS group but without releasing current) twice a day for 1 week. Meanwhile, all subjects were measured activation in the bilateral frontal and sensorimotor cortex during usual walking by functional near-infrared spectroscopy. RESULTS: PD patients showed instable gait with insufficient range of motion during usual walking. Active taVNS improved gait characteristics including step length, stride velocity, stride length, and step length variability compared with sham taVNS after completion of the 7-day therapy. No difference was found in the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale III, Timed Up and Go, Tinetti Balance, and Gait scores. Moreover, PD patients had higher relative change of oxyhemoglobin in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, pre-motor area, supplementary motor area, primary motor cortex, and primary somatosensory cortex than HCs group during usual walking. Hemodynamic responses in the left primary somatosensory cortex were significantly decreased after taVNS therapy. CONCLUSION: taVNS can relieve gait impairments and remodel sensorimotor integration in PD patients.

RESUMO

Objective:To fulfill the automatic radiolabeling of the norepinephrine transporter (NET) trancer 18F-meta-fluorobenzylguanidine (mFBG), and explore the 18F-mFBG PET/CT imaging effect of pheochromocytoma. Methods:On the basis of the chemical structure of mFBG, a spirocyclic iodonium ylide was used as the precursor to undergo a 3-step reaction sequence (radiofluorination, deprotection and neutralization) on AllinOne synthesis module. Purification by high performance liquid chromatography and formulation were conducted to generate 18F-mFBG. The corresponding quality control tests of 18F-mFBG product was performed. Afterwards, a postoperative patient with pheochromocytoma underwent 18F-mFBG PET/CT imaging. Results:The radiosynthesis was accomplished within 70 min, and 18F-mFBG was obtained in (17.8±2.4)% non-decay-corrected radiochemical yield ( n=5), with radiochemical purity >97% and molar activity >59.2 GBq/μmol. Sterility test, bacterial endotoxins test, abnormal toxicity test and the acetonitrile residue all met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People′ s Republic of China (2020 Volume Ⅳ). The 18F-mFBG PET/CT imaging disclosed high uptake in pheochromocytoma and clear localization of lesions. Conclusions:The automatic radiolabeling of the NET targeted tracer 18F-mFBG is successfully realized by commercially available synthesis module, and the production quality meets all requirements for clinical translation. 18F-mFBG has a potential to image neuroendocrine lesions in clinical setting.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Apathy is a common non-motor symptom in Parkinson's disease (PD), yet the neural mechanism remains unknown. It has been reported that the lateralization of dopamine levels is correlated with apathetic symptoms. We aimed to ascertain the role of lateralization in the neuropathogenesis of apathy in PD. METHODS: Twenty-six apathetic PD patients (PD-A), twenty-seven nonapathetic PD patients (PD-NA), and twenty-three healthy controls (HCs) were recruited. All subjects underwent T1-weighted and resting state functional MRI scanning during OFF medication state. Voxel-mirrored Homotopic Connectivity (VMHC) and asymmetry voxel-based morphometry (asymmetry VBM) analysis were applied to detect the synchrony of homotopic connections between hemispheres and grey matter asymmetry index. RESULTS: Compared with both PD-NA and HCs groups, the PD-A group showed excessively decreased z-VMHC values in the nucleus accumbens (NAcc) and putamen. Additionally, both PD subgroups exhibited decreased z-VMHC values in the cerebellum lobule VIII compared with controls. However, no corresponding alteration in grey matter asymmetry index was found. Further, a negative correlation between the z-VMHC values of the NAcc and the Apathy Scale (AS) was confirmed in the PD-A group. Meanwhile, the same relationship was also confirmed between the putamen and AS. Notably, ROC curve analyses uncovered that the z-VMHC values of the NAcc and putamen could be a potential neuroimaging feature discerning apathetic PD patient, respectively. LIMITATIONS: This is a cross-sectional study. CONCLUSION: Our findings demonstrated that the asymmetric functional connectivity in the mesocorticolimbic and nigrostriatal systems might induce the pathophysiological mechanisms of apathy in PD.

RESUMO

Background: Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene rs6265 single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is thought to be involved in neuroplasticity and influence the development of levodopa-induced dyskinesia (LID) in Parkinson's disease (PD). This study aimed to determine how the BDNF rs6265 SNP regulates cortical thickness and to investigate the association between BDNF and the pathological mechanisms of LID in PD. Methods: This cross-sectional study recruited 75 patients with PD, including 37 patients with LID and 38 patients without LID, and 33 healthy controls. All the participants underwent T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, clinical evaluations, and BDNF rs6265 genotyping. Two-way factorial analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to explore the primary effects of disease status, rs6265 genotype, and their interactions on cortical thickness. Associations between cortical thickness in the regions of the brain affected by disease status-genotype interactions and clinical symptoms were detected using Spearman's rank-order correlation. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to test cortical thickness measurements as an indicator of LID. Results: The main effects of disease status were observed in the right pars orbitalis (F=4.229, P=0.017), medial orbitofrontal cortex (F=3.639, P=0.030), and left banks superior temporal sulcus (F=3.172, P=0.046). The left pars orbitalis (F=4.541, P=0.036) and lingual gyrus (F=4.307, P=0.041) were thicker in carriers of the CC genotype than in carriers of the TC/TT genotype. Interaction between disease status and genotype showed that in the LID group, carriers of the CC genotype had a thicker left postcentral gyrus (mean difference =0.103, 95% confidence interval, 0.036 to 0.107, Bonferroni-corrected P<0.005) than did carriers of the TC/TT genotype, whereas no difference was found in the non-LID and healthy control (HC) groups. In carriers of the CC genotype, the cortical thickness of the left postcentral gyrus could identify whether patients with PD had LID, with an area under the receiver operating curve (AUC) of 0.757 (P=0.033, optimal cut-off =2.102). The cortical thickness of the left postcentral gyrus was also positively correlated with the Unified Dyskinesia Rating Scale (UDysRS) score in the LID-CC subgroup (r=0.825, P=0.001). Conclusions: The BDNF rs6265 SNP might be associated with dyskinesia symptoms in patients with PD and LID through its regulation of cortical thickness in the left postcentral gyrus.

RESUMO

The characteristics of interhemispheric resting-state functional connectivity (FC) in Parkinson's disease (PD) with fatigue remain unclear; therefore, we aimed to explore the changes in interhemispheric FC in PD patients with fatigue. Sixteen PD patients with fatigue (PDF), 16 PD patients without fatigue (PDNF) and 15 matched healthy controls (HCs) were enrolled in the retrospective cross-sectional study. We used voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) to analyze the resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data of these subjects. Compared to PDNF, PDF patients had decreased VMHC values in the supramarginal gyri (SMG). Furthermore, the mean VMHC values of the SMG were negatively correlated with the mean fatigue severity scale (FSS/9) scores (r = -0.754, p = 0.001). Compared to HCs, PDF patients had decreased VMHC in the SMG and in the opercular parts of the inferior frontal gyri (IFG operc). The VMHC values in the IFG operc and middle frontal gyri (MFG) were notably decreased in PDNF patients compared with HCs. Our findings suggest that the reduced VMHC values within the bilateral SMG may be the unique imaging features of fatigue in PD, and may illuminate the neural mechanisms of fatigue in PD.

RESUMO

Nano-prodrug, one of the most widely used nano-formulation at present, has excellent efficacies in tumor treatment with high potential and clinical value. Camptothecin and its derivatives have broad prospects in the preparation of prodrugs for the treatment of tumors. Given the special microenvironment of tumors, including partial acidity, high concentration of reactive oxygen species, high concentration of glutathione and enzyme concentration, a large number of tumor microenvironment-responsive camptothecin and its derivative prodrugs were prepared. This paper classified them from the microenvironment response types and drug release characteristics, reviewed the research progress of camptothecin and its derivative prodrugs based on safety and clinical trials, and analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies, hoping to provide references for the development of camptothecin and its derivatives.

RESUMO

Two-dimensional (2D) metal-organic framework (MOF) nanosheets, with largely exposed surface area and highly accessible active sites, have emerged as a novel kind of sensing material. Here, a luminescent 2D MOF nanosheet was designed and synthesized by a facile top-down strategy based on a three-dimensional (3D) layered MOF {[Zn(H2L)(H2O)2]·H2O}n (Zn-MOF; H4L = 3,5-bis(3',5'-dicarboxyphenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole). With a large π-conjugated system and rigid planar structure, ligand H4L was elaborately selected to construct the bulk Zn-MOF, which can be readily exfoliated into 2D nanosheets, owing to the weak interlayer interactions and easy-to-release H2O molecules in the interspaces of 2D layers. Given the great threat posed to the ecological environment by anti-inflammatory drugs and pesticides, the developed luminescent Zn-MOF nanosheets were utilized to determine these organic pollutants, achieving highly selective and sensitive detection of diclofenac sodium (DCF) and tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD). Compared to the detection limits of 3D Zn-MOF (7.72 ppm for DCF, 6.01 ppm for TMTD), the obviously lower detection limits for 2D Zn-MOF nanosheets toward DCF (0.20 ppm) and TMTD (0.18 ppm) further revealed that the largely exposed surface area with rigid planar structure and ultralarge π-conjugated system greatly accelerated electron transfer, which brought about a vast improvement in response sensitivity. The remarkable quenching performance for DCF and TMTD stems from a combined effect of photoinduced electron transfer and competitive energy absorption. The possible sensing mechanism was systematically investigated by the studies of powder X-ray diffraction, UV-vis, luminescence lifetime, and density functional theory calculations.

RESUMO

To investigate the mechanism of peripheral neuropathy in Parkinson's disease (PD), we prepared a PD mice model by long-term exposure of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) to mimic PD pathology in humans and the sciatic nerves were taken for further research. It turned out that phosphorylated α-synuclein (p-α-syn) was significantly deposited in Schwann cells (SCs) of sciatic nerves possibly contributing to degenerated myelin SCs and atrophied axons in MPTP group. Further analysis confirmed that toll-like receptors (TLRs) were implicated with PD peripheral neuropathy, in which TLR2 exhibits the predominant expression. Increased expression of inflammatory factors about TLR2/nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) pathway was noted in MPTP group compared to saline group, with proteins on other pathways showing no changes. Moreover, MPTP-challenged mice exhibited worse motor ability and damaged nerve conduction, implicating that p-α-syn neurotoxicity might be relevant to impairments of motor and sensory nerves. After the treatment of CU-CPT22, a TLR2 antagonist, p-α-syn accumulation, motor and sensory function were ameliorated in CU-CPT22 combined with MPTP group. Thus, we demonstrated that pathological p-α-syn might combine TLR2 to affect SCs activation, inflammatory response as well as motor and sensory function through TLR2/nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) signaling pathway. This study firstly demonstrates a novel mechanism of p-α-syn accumulated in SCs of peripheral nerves, which extends our understanding on SCs-mediated peripheral neuroinflammation related to TLR2/NF-κB signaling pathway and sheds light on potential new therapeutic avenues for PD.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: This study explored the effects of sevoflurane exposure during different stages of pregnancy on the brain development of offspring. METHODS: Thirty-six pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control, sevoflurane exposure in early (S1) pregnancy, sevoflurane exposure in middle (S2) pregnancy, and sevoflurane exposure in late (S3) pregnancy. After natural birth, the learning and memory capacity of offspring rats was analyzed using the Morris water maze experiment. The hippocampi of offspring rats were collected. The levels of interleukin (IL)-1ß, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in the hippocampus were measured by ELISA. Additionally, the Nissl bodies in the hippocampus were analyzed using Nissl staining. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of BDNF and CPEB2 in the hippocampus of offspring. Proteins related to the NR4A1/NF-κB pathway were analyzed using western blotting. RESULTS: The memory and learning capacity of offspring rats was significantly reduced in the S1 and S2 groups compared to the control group (p < 0.05), while there was no obvious difference between the control and S3 groups (p > 0.05). The level of IL-1ß was significantly increased (p < 0.05) in the S1 group compared with the control group. Sevoflurane anesthesia received in early and middle pregnancy could significantly affect the formation of Nissl bodies in the hippocampi of offspring rats. In addition, the expression of BDNF and CPEB2 in the hippocampi of offspring rats was greatly decreased in the S1 group compared with the control group (p < 0.05). The expression of NR4A1 in the hippocampi of rat offspring was significantly decreased in the S1 and S2 groups compared with the control group (p < 0.05). The expression of proteins related to the NF-κB pathway was increased in the S1 group compared to the control group (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The neurotoxic effect of maternal sevoflurane anesthesia on the brain development of offspring is higher when the exposure occurs in early pregnancy than in late pregnancy, and its mechanism might involve the NR4A1/NF-κB pathway to increase the secretion of inflammatory cytokines.

RESUMO

Postlaparoscopic shoulder pain (PLSP) is a common clinical problem that needs to be addressed by medical professionals who are currently perform laparoscopic surgeries. The purpose of this study was to determine the perioperative clinical factors and demographic characteristics associated with PLSP. A prospective observational study was performed with 442 inpatients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for infertility. The pain visual analogue scale was used as the measuring instrument. To identify the predictors of PLSP, we performed multivariate conditional logistic regression. PLSP was correlated with body mass index (BMI, odds ratio = 0.815). The incidence of shoulder pain and more severe shoulder pain in patients with a lower BMI was significantly higher than it was in patients with a higher BMI, and BMI was significantly negatively correlated with PLSP. Most of the patients (95%) began to experience shoulder pain on the first postoperative day, and it rarely occurred on the day of surgery. Patients with lower BMI presented a higher risk of reporting shoulder pain on the first postoperative day. We should identify high-risk patients in advance and make specific treatment plans according to the characteristics of their symptoms.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: We conducted a meta-analysis and systematic review to identify a reliable estimate of sleep problems prevalence among children in mainland China and to describe its epidemiological characteristics. METHODS: Relevant studies were searched thoroughly via electronic databases included China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, Weipu, PubMed, Embase and Medline databases from inception until December 2020. Prevalence estimates were calculated by random-effects models. The sources of heterogeneity were explored using subgroup analyses and Meta-regression analysis, and publication bias was estimated by funnel plots and Egger's Test. RESULTS: Overall, 66 studies were included in this meta-analysis, which revealed that the pooled prevalence of sleep problems was 37.6% (95%CI: 34.3-40.9%) with high heterogeneity (I2 = 99.6%,P < 0.001). The incidence of snoring was 7.7%, choking or gasping was 0.9%, apnea was 1.5%, restless sleep was 11.3%, mouth breathing was 4.7%, hyperhidrosis was 17.2%, leg movements was 2.7%, bruxism was 9.6%, sleep talking was 0.7%, sleep-walking was 0.8%, nightmare was 5.1%, enuresis was 3.4%, night awakening was 6.7% and trouble falling asleep was 11.1%. The prevalence rate of sleep problems among males was higher than females (OR:1.01,95%CI:1.05-1.13). In all age groups, the prevalence rates of sleep problems increased with age, including infancy or early childhood group (33.3%), pre-school group (38.9%), school-age group (43.7%). The prevalence rate in South China (30.4%, 95%CI: 23.9-36.8%) was the lowest, and the highest prevalence rate was in West China (47.4%,95%CI:35.9-58.9%), which than any other region in China. The point estimate for sleep disorders prevalence obtained using the CSHQ criterion was higher than other criteria. Meta-regression indicated that age group could influence prevalence estimation (P = 0.011). CONCLUSIONS: Over the past two decades, the prevalence rate of sleep problems among children in mainland China has increased, significantly affecting two-fifth of the school-age children. The incidence of hyperhidrosis, restless sleep and trouble falling asleep were significantly higher than other sleep prombles. The prevalence rate of sleep problems in west China was significantly higher than in any other area. There is still a lack of guidelines on children's sleep problems in mainland China, so future research should pay special attention to the sleep problems of school-age children and children in economically backward areas.

RESUMO

Molecular pharmacognosy is a science of classification and identification, cultivation and protection, and production of active ingredients of graduated drugs at the molecular level. The proposal of molecular pharmacognosy allows the research of crude drugs to advance from the microscopic level to the genetic level. Pueraria lobata root, as a medicinal and edible plant, has high application value and economic value. There are many varieties that are easy to cause confusion, and it is not easy to distinguish and identify according to traditional identification methods. Moreover, the research of P. lobate root at the genetic level is still relatively shallow. the study received extensive attention of scholars. This article reviews recent research on molecular identification of P. lobate, transcriptome sequencing, cloning and synthesis of functional genes of P. lobate root in recent years in order to provide references for further promoting the development and utilization of P. lobate root and its active ingredients.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Hyperglycemia increases the risk of many cardiovascular diseases (CVD), and the dysregulation of proliferation and migration in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) also participates in the pathogenesis of CVD. miR-381-3p is known to suppress the proliferation and migration of multiple human cell types. Nevertheless, the function of miR-381-3p in VSMCs remains largely indistinct. METHODS: A quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was employed to investigate miR-381-3p expression in high-glucose-induced VSMCs. Inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1ß and interleukin-6, as well as oxidative stress markers SOD and MDA, were determined by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Reactive oxygen species generation was examined using a 2,7'-dichlorofluorescein kit. The proliferation, migration and apoptosis of VSMCs were monitored by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazl2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetazolium bromide (MTT), transwell and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) assays. The TargetScan database (http://www.targetscan.org) was employed to seek the potential target gene of miR-381-3p. Interaction between miR-381-3p and HMGB1 was determined by a qRT-PCR, western blotting and a luciferase reporter assay. RESULTS: miR-381-3p expression was significantly reduced in a VSMCs dysfunction model induced by high-glucose in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Transfection of miR-381-3p mimics suppressed the inflammation, oxidative stress, proliferation and migration of VSMCs, whereas apoptosis of VSMCs was promoted, and the transfection of miR-381-3p inhibitors had the opposite effect. Mechanistically, HMGB1, an important factor in inflammation response, was confirmed as a target gene of miR-381-3p. CONCLUSIONS: miR-381-3p targets HMGB1 to suppress the inflammation, oxidative stress, proliferation and migration of high-glucose-induced VSMCs by targeting HMGB1.

RESUMO

Objective:To compare the chemical constituents of Puerariae Flos from three different varieties of Pueraria montana var. lobata, P. montana var. thomsonii and P. montana var. montana. Method:Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) for gradient elution (0-20 min, 10%-30%B; 20-30 min, 30%-55%B; 30-35 min, 55%-95%B; 35-37 min, 95%B; 37-40 min, 95%-10%B), the flow rate was 0.25 mL·min-1. Electrospray ionization (ESI) was used to scan and collect MS data in positive and negative ion modes with scanning range of m/z 50-1 500. The chemical components from different sources of Puerariae Flos were identified in combination with the chemical composition database and literature information. After the obtained data were normalized by MarkerViewTM 1.2.1, they were imported into SICMA-P 14.1 software for principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) to select the main differentiated components among the three different varieties. Result:A total of 35 compounds were identified from three different varieties of Puerariae Flos, including 22 isoflavones, 6 flavonoids and 7 saponins. The flowers of P. lobata, P. montana var. thomsonii and P. montana var. montana contained 32, 35, 33 compounds, respectively. And 18 differential compounds were screened under the positive and negative ion modes, including kakkalide, tectoridin, 6″-O-xylosyl-tectoridin, 4'-methyltectorigenin-7-glucoside, glycitin, 6″-O-xylosyl-glycitin, irisolidone, kaikasaponin Ⅲ, 6″-O-malonylglycitin, kakkalidone, tectorigenin, rutin, soyasaponin BB, vitexin, biochanin A, genistin, kakkatin, azukisaponin Ⅱ. Conclusion:This research is the first to systematically study the chemical constituents of the flower of P. montana var. montana, although the flower of P. montana var. montana is used as adulterants, it has high contents of tectoridin and 6″-O-xylosyl-tectoridin, which has great potential for development. The efficacy components such as kakkalide and tectoridin in Puerariae Flos from the three sources of varieties are obviously different, and it is necessary to carefully consider the application of these three varieties as Puerariae Flos.

RESUMO

Objective:To evaluate the effect of motor imagery training on motor and executive function in the older population. Methods:Articles about the impact of motor imagery training on the motor and cognitive functions of the elderly in the databases of Web of Sciences, PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang data and VIP were searched from 1980 to 2020. The training program, rehabilitation effect and relatec factors of motor image training in the elderly were analyzed and summarized. Results:Twelve articles were included finally. The motor image training that suited the elderly over 60 years old was usually combined with actual exercise training, mostly for four to twelve weeks, two to three times a week and 15 to 60 minutes a time. Motor imagery training was effective on standing balance, postural control, falls and muscle strength, to improve the ability to solve conflict problems, working memory and cognitive flexibility. Conclusion:Motor imagery training is an effective way to delay the decline of physical function and improve the executive function of the elderly. It is needed to construct a reasonable and standard motor imagery training program according to the characteristics of the elderly, to improve the effect.

RESUMO

Objective To compare the framework of immunization programme and management of vaccine distributionin in China and some Asian countries, and further improve the immunization policy in China. Methods Using literature review, we compared the current status of immunization programme and vaccine distribution in China, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Results Vaccine distribution has its own characteristics among Asian countries. Japan started early with a complete supervision system and compensation system. Thailand and Vietnam have also formed an efficient and complete cold chain transportation mode after implementing Expanded Programme on Immunization. Conclusion China can refer to the typical framework of immunization and experience of vaccine distributionfromsome Asian countries, which may improve vaccine accessand production links, standardize vaccine circulation market, and establish an efficient vaccine supervision and traceability system.
