RESUMO
Changes in the level of chromatin DNA synthesis after the total X-ray irradiation of rats in the dozes 0.5 Gr, 1 Gr and 7.76 Gr were shown. Interrelations between postradiation correlation of protein and DNA in lymphocytes of peripheral of blood rats were analyzed.

The comparative analysis of content prostaglandins E2, F2 alpha and cAMP, cGMP in the compositions of the high-molecular aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complexes and endoplasmic reticulum vesicules from the rat liver has been carried out. The influence of lethal and sublethal X-ray doses on the levels of cyclic nucleotides and prostaglandins has been studied. Cyclic nucleotides and prostaglandins proved to be rapid and high sensitive transmitters of ionizing radiation influence on the eukaryotic translation apparatus.

Changes in the level of blood lymphocyte chromatin degradation and relaxation were investigated after the whole body irradiation with doses up to 0.21 C/kg. It was shown that ionizing irradiation initiated the increase of nuclear endogenous Ca/mg-dependent endonuclease, and protease activities.
