RESUMO

Phitopreparation tiol is offered (5% fatty solution of Tea Leaf lipid complex) as a medicine. To determine gastroprotective effect of tiol generally accepted models of acute gastric ulcer were used: bitadion, atopanove and reserprinove stomach damages. An experiment was conducted on half-matured white mice weighting 140-160 g., which fast 24 hours before the experiment (only water was freely given to them). Animals were killed by immediate decapitation under light ether narcosis. Their stomachs were dissected along greater curvature of stomach and number of injuries were counted. The injuries were subdivided into hemorrhage, erosion and ulcer. Paul's "ulcer index" was calculated for any kind of damage. Each group consisted of 5 mice. Distilled water was used as control and aekol - to collate the gastroprotective effect. Results of the experiment showed that gastroprotective effect of tiol is greater than that of aekol's.

RESUMO

At the department of organic chemistry and chemical technology oil extraction of tea leaf has been received (conditionally EM ChL). Pharmacological action of the medicine EM ChL has been studied on the models of linear and plane wounds, thermal and chemical burns of a skin in white rats. As a drug of comparison Aekol has been used in the comparable doses according to the recommendations of pharmacological committee (registration number 87/295/3). Effect of drug EM ChL on the consolidation of wound scar was studied in the purebred white male with the weight range of 120-140 gr. For tensiometry the device adapted for determination of the module of elasticity of gum BH-5307 has been used. Using the model of linear wound, stimulating effect of the preparation EM ChL on the healing process has been shown using tensiometry and hystological data. The preparation accelerates the healing process of the wound.

RESUMO

The aim of the study was the investigation of possible embriotoxic and teratogenic action of small tea leaf oil extract (TLOE)--a new medicinal agent. The study of embriotoxic and teratogenic properties of TLOE was carried on the 20-day's white rat's young (150g-160g) and males (200g-250g). Experiment included selection of animals and their connubium; definition of the first day of pregnancy; introduction of a drug pregnant female; survey of embryos; processing of embryos, revealing of infringements in an internals and osteal system; statistical processing and comparison of results in relation to the intact control. The results of examination of tea leaf oil extract show no teratogenic and embriotoxic action in peroral therapeutic dose of 737 mg/kg .
