RESUMO

The goal of the study was to reveal the meaning of metabolic structures of the blood serum (BS) in the diagnostics of acute pancreatitis (AP). Along with standard methods of examination, cystalloscopical examination of the BS was conducted for 46 patients with AP. The BS of 22 healthy people was used as control. In this group, the structure of BS had a form of threadlike bipalmate crystals. Metabolic structures of BS in patients with AP were characterized by signs of enzymatic dysfunctions: hyperamylasemia was presented in the form of subparallel lamellae, hypertrypsinaemia - in the form of a dendritic grid, hyperlipasaemia--in the form of bubble chambers with branches. Hyperhistaminemia was characterized by the presence of optically active feathered spherolithes, hyperserotonemia--by plateau dendritic aggregates, and markers of hyperelastasaemia were aggregates of rectangular and prismatic crystals. Hyperimmunoglobulinaemia M was characterized by skeleton cruciform crystals, and hyperimmunoglobulinaemia G--by skeleton crystals branching from the main axis at an acute angle. The optically active dendrite-like crystals were revealed at hypercreatinemia, and selective structures of BS were found at dysproteinaemia, hypersyalaemia, hyperdophaminaemia, hyper-beta-endorphinaemia, hyperacetylcholinaemia and hypertryglyceridaemia. The revealed microtypes can be used for the visual diagnostics of metabolic disorders at AP and for control over the treatment efficacy.

RESUMO

The assessment of echographic features of biliary atresia was conducted in 65 newborn children ageing up to 3 mo. Their characteristic variants were revealed: the absence or reduction in size of gall-bladder, the presence of hyperechogenic triangular formation in V. portae bifurcation (the symptom of "triangular cicatrix"); the thickening of anterior wall of V. portae right branch. The timely and correct establishment of the diagnosis permits a child to survive and serve the hepatic fibrosis prophylaxis. Echohepatography is a sufficiently trustful method of investigation.

RESUMO

Studied with the aid of the variational pulsimetry, adapted Lüscher's [correction of Leucher's] colour test, were the functional state of the vegetative nervous system, vegetative homeostasis, psycho-emotional state during both exacerbation and clinical remission of associated digestive diseases. Overall forty six children aged 11-14 were examined. The children were found out to be unlike in respect of the vegetative homeostasis. A contingent was identified with their compensatory and adaptive mechanisms failing to work adequately, and showing inability to react in an operative manner, high level of anxiety, emotional stress, psychic fatigue. Note is taken of the fact that in clinical remission the above parameters fail to return to normal whereupon an approach tailored to the individual is warranted toward treatment of the primary disorder to prevent relapse and chronization of the morbid process.

RESUMO

The function of bile secretion is an intricately regulated process. Apart from hormonal control there exists conditioned-reflex regulation (vagus-sympathicus--n. phrenicus dex.). Such a many-sided influence appear to facilitate the development of discoordination of the gallbladder motor-evacuatory function. The present paper addresses advantages of echography in studying the functional status of the bile-secretion system. A technique of assessing the gallbladder kinetics in its interrelation with the sphincter apparatus is proposed, with their various combinations having been identified. A correct assessment of their interrelations, differentiated approach to therapy will, we believe, help in attempts to reduce the recurrence rates and the gravity of the course of the hepatobiliary system inflammatory diseases.

RESUMO

The influence of whey on the function of the stomach, biliary system and pancreas was studied in 112 children with chronic cholecystocholangitis. It has been established that whey possesses a choleretic property and normalizes the exocrine function of the pancreas. Whey can be recommended as a therapeutic agent or an additive to products for diet therapy in the combined treatment of chronic diseases of the biliary system, especially, with concomitant affection of the stomach and pancreas.

RESUMO

The authors treated 11 children at the age of from 2 mos to 14 yrs with the common bile duct cysts. The common bile duct cyst extirpation with the hepatico-jejunoanastomosis formation is considered an operation of choice.
