RESUMO

An experimental and clinical investigation of the possibility to use local hypothermia of the extremity in the complex treatment of its acute ischemia was performed. It was established that the local hypothermia could considerably improve tissue viability in the process of the extremity ischemia at the expense of spasmolytic, hypocoagulative, anesthetic effects and inhibition of metabolism. A conclusion is made that the local hypothermia should be used in the clinic for the improvement of results of treatment of patients with acute arterial obstruction of the lower extremities complicated by severe ischemia.

RESUMO

The data are presented on the formation and main constitutional principles in the blood supply of the neuromuscular spindles in the human forearm and hand during embryogenesis and early postnatal life. It has been stated that the neuromuscular spindles posses their own microcirculatory bed which is formed by the vessels of the surrounding muscular tissue, tends to separate in the course of development and subdivides into two parts: extracapsular and intracapsular. The vessels of the extracapsular part form dense capillary nets on the external surface of the capsule and follow extracapsular parts of the intrafusal muscular fibres. The intracapsular vessels either cover the internal surface of the capsule, or adjoin the intrafusal muscular fibres, or else run in the free subcapsular space.

RESUMO

The first findings of capillary-receptor connections of the laminar bodies in the hand short muscles are related with 5--6 months of embryogenesis. These connections become gradually more complex by the time of birth and in early postnatal life. Arterial portions of the capillaries penetration to the laminar bodies, arrange along the border of the internal cone and the external capsule and within the internal cone itself, along the course of the axonal cylinder. Venous capillary loops form a dense network on the surface of the laminar bodies. In the group accumulations of the laminar bodies (reflexogenic zones) the capillary network is denser than in identical areceptor zones of the hand muscles.
