RESUMO

In this paper, the wind-induced responses of the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) under Super Typhoon Lekima are measured using the health monitoring system. Based on the measurements, the characteristics of vibration, including probability density distribution of accelerations, power spectra, and mode shapes are studied. The curve method and the standard deviation method are used to analyze the relationship of the first- and second-order natural frequencies and damping ratios with amplitudes and the mean wind speed. The results show the following: (1) The structural wind-induced responses in the X and Y directions have high consistencies, and the vibration signals exhibit a peak state; moreover, response amplitudes and acceleration signals disperse when the floor height increases. (2) The first- and second-order natural frequencies in the X and Y directions decrease with the increasing amplitudes and are negatively correlated with mean wind speed; the maximum decrease in natural frequency is 5.794%. The first- and second-order damping ratios in the X and Y directions increase with the increasing amplitudes and are positively correlated with the mean wind speed; the maximum increase in damping ratio is 95.7%. (3) The curve method and the standard deviation method are similar in identifying dynamic characteristic parameters, but the discreteness of the natural frequencies obtained by the curve method is lesser. (4) Under excitations of various typhoons, the mode shapes of SWFC are basically the same, and the mode shapes in the X and Y directions increase with the height and have nonlinearity.

RESUMO

Urethral sphincter dysfunction is an important cause of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). The most effective treatment is the insertion of an artificial urethral sphincter (AUS), which relies to a large extent on the surgeon's experience. However, there is no quantitative standard for cuff tightness, resulting in frequent postoperative complications. This study aimed to investigate the effect of internal and external sphincter dyssynergia on urodynamic parameters in the lower urinary tract. A geometric model of male lower urinary tract tissue was constructed from collodion slices, accounting for the active behavior of the internal and external sphincters. Normal and dyssynergic internal and external sphincters (active sphincter behavior was individually injured by 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) were simulated with fluid-structure interactions and changes in urethral stress, displacement, and urine flow rate were detected. We found that when the internal sphincter was injured by 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, urethral stress near the internal sphincter decreased by 8.3%, 15.6%, 24.3%, and 35.7%, respectively. Additionally, when the external sphincter was injured by 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, urethral stress near the external sphincter was reduced by 13.3%, 24.3%, 38.6%, and 46.6%, respectively. Internal sphincter injury primarily affects positions near the internal sphincter and prostate, while external sphincter injury affects the area between the prostate and urethral outlet. These data could facilitate the standardized evaluation of internal and external sphincter dysfunction and lead to novel methods of preoperative assessment for AUS surgery.

RESUMO

Purpose To investigate the expression of forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) in human colorectal cancer(CRC) tissues, and to analyze the correlation between its expression and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of CRC.Methods The expression of FOXM1 was examined in 297 cases of CRC tissues and 80 cases of normal peritumoral tissues by immunohistochemistry of SP.Western blot was used to detect the expression of FOXM1 in 20 cases of fresh CRC tissues and the corresponding normal peritumoral tissues. Results The expression of FOXM1 was significantly higher in CRC tissues (60.6%) compared with normal peritumoral tissues (17.50%,P < 0.01).The positive expression of FOXM1 was related to the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, intravascular cancer embolus, distant metastasis and TNM stage (P < 0.05).However,there was no correlation with age, sex, tumor location, tumor size, tumor differentiation degree,CEA and CA199 (P >0.05).The relative expression levels of FOXM1 protein was also significantly higher in CRC tissues (0.855 ± 0.063) compared with corresponding normal peritumoral tissues (0.150 ± 0.041,P <0.01).The 3-year overall survival of CRC patients with FOXM1 expression was significantly lower than that of patients without FOXM1 expression (P<0.01),and FOXM1 is an independent prognostic factor for CRC.Conclusion The overexpression of FOXM1 protein in CRC tissues correlate with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.FOXM1 may play an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of CRC,and it may be a new tumor marker and potential therapeutic target for CRC.

RESUMO

Objective To analyze the medication regularity of TCM famous doctors for diabetes by using improved Apriori algorithm to obtain more efficient data mining methods. Methods This article put forward Apriori vertical data storage, and improved ADPM obtained by difference set method was used to conduct data mining to find out the medication regularity in Guo Jia Ji Ming Lao Zhong Yi Tang Niao Bing Yan An Liang Fang. Results After screening, 402 prescriptions were included, involving 24 kinds of high-frequency medicine, 15 high-frequency medical combinations, and 18 highly-dependent medical combinations, which were mainly tonifying deficiency medicine, clearing heat medicine, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine, and damp-draining diuretic medicine. Conclusion ADPM algorithm can be applied in the analysis on medication regularity and find out high-frequency medicine, medical combinations and medical dependent relation, with high efficiency.
