RESUMO

Peculiarities in the distribution of autoantibody levels to native and denervated DNA have been studied. A considerable distribution of genetic factors to phenotypic variability of the traits in question has been shown. Increased levels of the investigated autoantibodies correlated with HLA-A3, B35, decreased--with HLA-A10, B17.

RESUMO

Regularities of distribution of the levels of autoantibodies to thyroglobulin and myoglobin in healthy tweens were studied by immunoenzyme assay. The expressed variability, the absence of sex dimorphism and complete partypical determination of phenotypic variability of the levels tested were shown.

RESUMO

In experiments on rats it was shown that radiation and thermal traumas caused reduction in number of circulating macromolecular complexes, determined by the nephelometric method, by the end of the first 24 h following the damaging effect; on the 3d day, the amount of these complexes was minimum. The combined radiation-and-thermal damage produced the additive effect. The authors discuss the nature of the observed decrease in the number of circulating macromolecular complexes.

RESUMO

Interaction of acid-soluble collagen and C1a component of complement with nucleic acids (NA) is defined by their polyanionic properties. Occurrence of the exocyclic amino group in the structure of nitrous bases from which polynucleotides are made up inhibits their interaction with the proteins are made up inhibits their interaction with the proteins even when this group is within the double helix. This takes place during the formation of the hybrid molecule poly I-poly C. It is assumed that the collagen-like part of C1q greatly contributes to its interaction with nucleic acids.
