RESUMO
The row of disputable questions exists in world clinical practice till now relatively optimal formation of donor recipient connections at pancreas transplantation in accordance with frequent surgical and metabolic posttransplantational complications. Experimental studies on 60 dogs directed on improving surgical technology of operations and reduction the frequency of postoperative complications are executed by us. The results of studies have shown that suggested technologies of formation of basic donor-recipient connection essentially improve structural-functional status of the transplanted pancreas, raising its tolerance to rejection, terms of functioning and recipients survival.
