[Treatment of bone fractures in injured persons with closed thoracoabdominal trauma]. / Likuvannia perelomu kistok u poterpilykh z zakrytoiu torakoabdominal'noiu travmoiu.

Experience of surgical treatment of 1147 injured persons with severe closed thoracoabdominal trauma was summarized. Coexistence with the bones trauma was noted in 631 (55%) injured persons. The structure, peculiarities of surgical tactics, complications, causes of death for the patients with the bones fracture were suggested. Mortality had constituted 44.7%.
