RESUMO

The immunohistochemical investigation of native epithelium and recurrent aphthous stomatitis has been carried out. The A, M, G Igs, CD3 fragment of the compliment, and CD16 lymphocytes in the zone of gidropic changes and necrosis of the oral mucosa were founded The distribution of Igs, CD3 fragment of the compliment and natural killers in the same zone - prickle laminated keratinizing epithelium could be signs of immunocomplex and T-cell-dependent mechanisms of ceracinocytes dies. The results of our research prove the theory of immunotoxicity priority in oral mucosa in cases of recurrent aphthosus stomatitis.

RESUMO

Multidisciplinary group of investigators basing upon special literature study, analysis of their own observation (1168 cases) including retrospective for 20 years and with the help of several following methods - clinical, roentgenological, pathomorphological, immunohistochemical - picked out from wide group of the so called hemangiomas 3 types of lesions: hyperplasia, malformation, tumour and suggested their clinical biological classification. To each of lesion types characteristic was given.

RESUMO

Acute left ventricular (LV) overload was simulated in rabbits, by applying a metal spiral to narrow the ascending aorta by one third of its baseline diameter. A control group comprised intact animals. Studies were conducted 1, 3, and 5 days after surgery for simulation of LV overload in parallel series. In the first series of the experiment, semifine LV sections were examined by light microscopy and morphometry. The rate of cardiomyocyte (CMC) apoptosis was estimated calculating the free lying nuclei--the morphologically unchanged nuclei that were present in the extracellular space. In the second series, CMC apoptosis underwent immunohistochemical assessment, by running the TUNEL test. During its acute hemodynamic overload, the LV myocardium showed significant tissue destruction and a substantially lower number of viable myofibrils, and an increase in the count of apoptotically altered CMCs.

RESUMO

There were presented results of the study directed to disclosure of malignant cell changes criterion in cases of oral mucous membrane leukoplakia with different degrees of neoplastic transformation according to WHO-2005 classification of squamous intraepithelial neoplasia (SIN). With the help of immunohistochemical method proliferation in different layers of oral mucous membrane epithelium was evaluated. It was established that most important for diagnostics was the correspondence of proliferating cells in parabasal and basal epithelium layers. Figure less than 1 was corresponding to normal epithelium and SIN1, between 1 and 2 was corresponding to SIN2, 2 and more was characteristic itoSIN3.

RESUMO

Antibodies to the factor HLDF are shown to be specific markers of apoptosis and permit the estimation of the rate of programmed cell death in the course of a normal menstrual cycle and in pathologic endometrial processes. HLDF expression in the epitheliocytic cytoplasm makes it possible to evaluate apoptosis at early stages, before the emergence of the first morphological signs and after apoptotic body formation. The study shows increased apoptotic processes at the end of a normal menstrual cycle and during neoplastic cell transformation. Antibodies to the HLDF factor may be used as a new immunohistochemical marker for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial processes.
