[Application of apparatus AKA-2 in the reconstructive-restorative surgery of the left half of colon and of rectum]. / Vykorystannia aparata AKA-2 v rekonstruktyvno-vidnovnii khirurhiï livoï polovyny obodovoï ta priamoï kyshky.

Result of the AKA-2 apparatus application for the colorectal anastomosis formation in 129 patients after resection of left colonic half and rectum was estimated. After the operation all the patients survived. Insufficiency of the anastomotic edges conjunction have occurred in 6 (4.7%), cicatricial stricture--in 3 (2.3%) patients. Common postoperative complications were observed in 28 (21.8%) of the patients examined.
