RESUMO

When there is a sudden load disturbance in an islanded microgrid, the peer-to-peer control model requires the energy resource to maintain a margin of generation, resulting in a relatively limited regulation range, that is, voltage/frequency sometimes requires additional control to maintain stability. A "source-storage-load" coordinated master-slave control strategy is proposed in this study to address the aforementioned issues. The system voltage and frequency will be stable as long as the output frequency and voltage of the master resource are stable. Furthermore, it can fully utilize the power supply capacity of resources to support the supply-demand balance. The following tasks are included in the proposed strategy: 1) to improve the operational security in the face of load disruption, a source-storage-load coordinated control method based on the "ramping speed" ratio is proposed, which can quickly restore the balance of supply and demand; 2) to improve the communication reliability in the face of interruption, a channel planning method is proposed, which can address the communication interruption problem by constructing an internal network among source-storage-load; and 3) to improve the mode switching stability of resources subjected to external disturbance, the external disturbance suppression and stability analysis involved in the regulation process are completed using sliding-mode control and small signal model methods. Related case studies are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategies.

RESUMO

We have studied the antimycobacterial efficacy of the liposomal preparation of mycobacteriophage D29 on models of tuberculous granuloma in vitro and in the experiment on laboratory mice of the relatively resistant strain C57BL/6, infected with the virulent strain of M. tuberculosis H37Rv. We have shown the preparation of liposomal preparation of the lytic mycobacteriophages and its characteristics. The experiments showed a significant lytic effect of the liposomal form of mycobacteriophage D29 both on the model of tuberculous granuloma formed by human blood mononuclear cells in vitro, which is formed in the presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and on the model of tuberculous infection in C57BL/6 mice. Keywords: mycobacteriophage D29, M. tuberculosis, liposomes, tuberculous granuloma in vitro, tuberculosis infection and its treatment.

RESUMO

Passivation engineering has been identified as an effective strategy to eliminate the targeted interfacial defects for improving the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, 4-trifluorophenylammonium iodide (CF3PhAI) is presented as a multifunctional passivation agent to modify buried SnO2/perovskite and perovskite/hole transport layer (HTL) interfaces. Upon incorporation of CF3PhAI between SnO2 and perovskite, CF3PhAI can chemically link to SnO2 via Lewis coordination and electrostatic coupling, thereby effectively passivating under-coordinated Sn and filling the oxygen vacancy. Meanwhile, CF3PhAI helps anchor PbI2 and organic cations (MA+/FA+) to control the crystallization of the perovskite. Consequently, reduced interfacial defects, homogeneous perovskite crystallites, and better energetic alignment can be simultaneously achieved. When CF3PhAI was further used to modify the perovskite/HTL interface, the fabricated PSCs yielded an impressive power conversion efficiency of 23.06% together with negligible J-V hysteresis. The unencapsulated devices exhibited long-term stability in wet conditions (91.8% efficiency retention after 1000 h) due to the water-resistant CF3PhAI. We also achieved good light soaking stability, maintaining 86.1% of its initial efficiency after aging for 720 h. Overall, our finding provides a promising strategy for modifying the dual contact interfaces of PSCs toward improved efficiency and stability.

RESUMO

This paper studies the resilient current controller design for the networked DC microgrid system with multiple constant power loads (CPLs) under a new type of time-constrained denial-of-service (DoS) attack. Different from the existing DoS attack models, which are often characterized by DoS frequency and DoS duration, this paper only considers the duration characteristics of the sporadic/aperiodic DoS attacks, and proposes a new type of time-constrained DoS attack model. Under the effects of such DoS attacks, a switching state feedback control law is constructed and a switching-like DC microgrid system model is then established. Furthermore, based on an attack-parameter-dependent time-varying Lyapunov function (TVLF) method, the exponential stability criterion of the resulting DC microgrid system under aperiodic DoS attacks is derived, and a new resilient controller design method is proposed. Finally, simulation studies are given to verify the effectiveness and merits of the proposed resilient control design scheme on achieving the desired control performance and attack resilience.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND Intra-articular adhesion is one of the common complications of post knee surgery and injury. The formation of joint adhesion can lead to serious dysfunction. Rosuvastatin (ROS) is a new 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor, with multiple biological effects. In our study, the object was to evaluate the effectiveness of ROS in the prevention of post-operative knee adhesion in rats. MATERIAL AND METHODS Femoral condyle exposing surgery was performed on 45 healthy Sprague Dawley rats. Gelatin sponges soaked with 20 mg/kg of ROS, 10 mg/kg of ROS, or saline were used to cover the surgical site. The post-operative knee joints were fixed in a flexed position with micro Kirschner wires for four weeks. ROS effectiveness for treating intra-articular adhesion was determined with visual score evaluation, hydroxyproline content, histological analyses, immunohistochemistry, and inflammatory and vascular endothelial growth factors expression. RESULTS The animals' recovery was stable after surgery. The hydroxyproline content, visual score, and inflammatory vascular growth factors expression levels suggested that, compared with the control group, the ROS treatment groups showed better outcomes. ROS prevented joint adhesion formation, collagen deposition, and vascularization at the surgical site, and also inhibited inflammatory activity post-operatively. Compared with the 10 mg/kg ROS group, the 20 mg/kg ROS group showed significantly better outcomes. CONCLUSIONS The local application of ROS reduced intra-articular adhesion formation, collagen deposition, and vascularization at the surgical site, and inhibited inflammatory activity post-operatively. These results suggested optimal concentration of ROS to be 20 mg/kg.
