RESUMO
Toxidermia is a well-known complication of antidepressor therapy, often related to photosensitization. The authors report an original case of amoxapine-related acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis which regressed at drug withdrawal.

A case of cutaneous mesenchymal haemangiopericytoma-like tumour affecting a 17-year-old male is presented. Clinical features were non-specific. The tumour was studied by light, electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. The results of these studies suggested the diagnosis of a mesenchymal, poorly-differentiated tumour showing features of haemangiopericytoma. The clinical course after surgery was uneventful after a 9-month follow-up period.

The cutaneous manifestations which follow the administration of recombinant interleukin-2 (rIL-2) are well known, but their nature and severity have not yet been fully studied. The authors report the dermatological changes observed in 12 patients treated with rIL-2 for renal cancer. The predominant lesion was generalized erythema followed by desquamation.

Kaposi's sarcoma appeared 8 months after the start of captopril treatment in a 70-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis. A marked reduction of cutaneous and gastric lesions occurred when captopril was stopped. These findings are compared to immunosuppressive drug induced forms of Kaposi's sarcoma.

We report a case of typical Letterer-Siwe disease associated with a subacute monocytic leukemia in a 75-year-old man. The simultaneous presentation of both diseases is rare. It may be speculated that our patient did not present a chance association of two different processes but a disorder of the Langerhans cell-mononuclear phagocytic system lineage.

The authors report 4 cases of primary multinodular panniculitis. One was a typical Weber-Christian syndrome; the clinical picture of the others was intermediate between the Weber-Christian syndrome and the Rothmann-Makaï syndrome. A pancreatic or an enzymatic disorder were excluded. The hypothesis of an abnormal fragility of adipose tissue or of a failure in the mechanisms of protection against lipophagia is raised.

The authors review the drug treatment of Raynaud's disease. Many substances have been used including nitrate derivatives, calcium antagonists, alpha blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, prostaglandin E1, E2 and I2, and ketanserin. The efficacy of these drugs is often partial and variable. The indications are discussed with respect to the clinical course and etiology of the Raynaud's phenomenon.
