RESUMO
The paper analyzes some experience gained in using various modes of regional anesthesia as an anesthetic appliance at cesarean sections and comparatively characterizes various types of central segmental blocks. The results of 213 cases of cesarean section performed under spinal or combined spinal and epidural anesthesia (CSEA) were generalized by the following parameters: block onset, maternal and fetal action, the quality of anesthesia and postoperative analgesia, which leads to the conclusion that CSEA is the method of choice.

The article deals with the analysis of the hemodynamic characteristics, loss of blood and infusion-transfusion therapy of women in birth during the cesarean section under the conditions of CEA. As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that the use, in case of need, of microdoses of adrenomimetics for the prophylaxis of hemodynamic disturbances mollifies the development of the sympatholytic blockade under the conditions of CPA and ensures a more flexible control over the hemodynamic reactions without deteriorating the quality of the infusion-transfusion therapy. The authors expect that the above method will be a standard one in the cesarean section under the conditions of CPA.
