RESUMO

In order to alleviate the problem of high-temperature fly ash corrosion and slag on the heating surface of a high-parameter waste incinerator, a ceramic coating material that can be prepared in situ on the heating surface by the slurry method was studied. The ceramic coating can be formed by sintering at a lower temperature of 750 °C. Its surface and profile are very dense, and the porosity is less than 1%. The mechanical properties test results show that the ceramic coating can withstand 60 cycles of water-cooled thermal shock at 700 °C, and the bonding strength is 25.14 ± 2.21 MPa. It will not fall off in a large area when subjected to pressure load, and it has a certain degree of processable plasticity. High-temperature wettability experiments show that the ceramic coating has lower liquid-bridge force, smaller adhesion area, and shorter fouling cycle for molten corrosive fouling, and potential self-cleaning properties. Its practical mechanical properties make the coating valuable for production applications and meet expectations, and excellent antifouling properties to reduce average fouling thermal resistance and corrosion.

RESUMO

Low oil price requires oil companies to reduce costs and increase benefits. The wells with deficient fluid supplies approximately account for 20-30% of all producing wells, and this situation is even worse in the old oilfields. Intermittent production is an effective way to reduce the cost and increase the system efficiency to overcome the shortage of oil supply from the reservoir. The key is to optimize the intermittent pumping scheme, i.e., to design reasonable shut-in and operating periods. In this study, this is achieved using the dynamic change of the fluid level in the wellbore. From the electrical power curve to the dynamometer card, the dynamic drop of the fluid level can be obtained, and thus the optimal operation time of the well; at last, from the inflow performance of the well, the optimal shut-in period can be obtained. This method shows a good application in the field through a case study.

RESUMO

This paper proposes a reversible data hiding scheme by exploiting the DGHV fully homomorphic encryption, and analyzes the feasibility of the scheme for data hiding from the perspective of information entropy. In the proposed algorithm, additional data can be embedded directly into a DGHV fully homomorphic encrypted image without any preprocessing. On the sending side, by using two encrypted pixels as a group, a data hider can get the difference of two pixels in a group. Additional data can be embedded into the encrypted image by shifting the histogram of the differences with the fully homomorphic property. On the receiver side, a legal user can extract the additional data by getting the difference histogram, and the original image can be restored by using modular arithmetic. Besides, the additional data can be extracted after decryption while the original image can be restored. Compared with the previous two typical algorithms, the proposed scheme can effectively avoid preprocessing operations before encryption and can successfully embed and extract additional data in the encrypted domain. The extensive testing results on the standard images have certified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
