RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effects of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan cilexetil in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and its protective effect on cardiac function. Methods 180 elderly patients with hypertension were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table,90 cases in each group. The observation group was given irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan treatment, the control group was given candesartan. The heart function improvement after treatment, clinical efficacy and patients in hospitalization, complications, critical events and new death of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the heart rate,EVDD,SBP and other indicators of the two groups declined, which of the observation group[(56.14 ± 6.15)mm,(112.12 ± 20.12)mmHg,(70.45 ± 8.69/min)]were lower than the control group[(60.12 ± 6.78) mm(119.45 ± 21.45) mmHg,(82.12 ± 9.12/ min)],there were significant differences between the two groups (t1 =4.124,P =0.000;t2 =2.364,P =0.019;t3 =8.788,P =0.000).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 74.44% of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (x2 =11.879,P =0.000).Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with candesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients can effectively improve the heart function of patients, has significant effect.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the gray matter changes in aggressive patients with schizophrenia, and the relationship between the gray matter and aggression in patients. Methods Eighteen aggressive patients with schizophrenia (SZ1),18 age-and gender-matched un-aggressive patients with schizophrenia (SZ2) and 18 normal controls (NC) were enrolled in the study. Then a 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan was conducted for each participant. The voxel-based morphometry (VBM) approach and the Chinese version of Buss & Perry aggression questionnaire (B&P) were used to explore imaging data and to assess the aggression, respectively. Results Compared with NC,patients with schizophrenia showed changes in gray matter volume (GMV) in the frontal, temporal and the occipital lobes (P<0.05,AlphaSim corrected).Compared with SZ2,SZ1 showed increased GMV in the right supramarginal gyrus, right postcentral gyms, bilateral insula and orbito-frontal gyri (P<0.05,AlphaSim corrected). The GMV of the right insula, right postcentral gyms and right supramarginal grus were positively associated with B&P scores in patients with schizophrenia (P<0.01,AlphaSim corrected),respectively. Conclusions These preliminary findings support that the aggression in schizophrenia is associated with GMV changes of brain regions in patients with schizophrenia. The right postcentral gyrus, the right insula and the right supramarginal gyrus may be involved in the neural mechanism of aggression in schizophrenia.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the influence of ademetionine for the proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods110 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment of hepatitis B group)55 cases and observation group(conventional treatment and ademetionine group)55 cases. The serum expression levels of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment and after the treatment were detected and compared.ResultsThe serum expression levels of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, there were no significant differences, while the serum expression levels of proteometabolism indexes of observation group after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the serum expression levels of fibrosis indexes were all lower than those of control group, there were all significant differences(all P<0.05).ConclusionThe ademetionine can significantly improve the expression state of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B,so the application value for the patients with chronic hepatitis B is relatively higher.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the neuropsychological features of cognitive impairment induced by chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods A neuropsychology battery was applied in this study.Seventy six breast cancer patients were enrolled in the test and classified as chemotherapy treatment patients(CT,n =38),and non-chemotherapy treatment patients(non-CT,n =38).Forty normal female people were also evaluated as healthy control(HC).Results Compared with HC and non-CT groups,the correct number of backward(CT:4.42±1.11,non-CT:5.18 ± 1.16,HC:5.13 ± 1.22),delayed recall (CT:8.55 ± 1.75,non-CT:9.58 ± 1.50,HC:10.13 ± 1.92) and recognition (CT:7.68 ± 1.90,non-CT:8.97 ± 1.62,HC:9.08 ± 2.09) were low in the CT group (P < 0.01).The reaction time of Stroop test B (CT:(21.54 ± 5.02) s,non-CT:(19.37 ± 4.26) s,HC:(18.82 ± 3.05) s),Stroop test C (CT:(34.85 ± 8.46) s,non-CT:(31.02 ± 7.38) s,HC:(30.61 ± 7.83) s) and TMT test B(CT:(102.79± 11.90)s,non-CT:(96.22 ± 12.07) s,HC:(97.21 ± 11.64)s) were long in the CT group (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the Forward,Immediate Recall,Stroop test A,TMT test A and VFT among three groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients with chemotherapy treatment have cognitive impairment in the domains of memory,attention and executive functions.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate whether the increased plasma fibrinogen level is an independent predictor of cardiogenic embolism in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with NVAF hospitalized for cardiac causes were evaluated, and 24 of them had a history of ischemic stroke. The relationship between fasting plasma fibrinogen level and ischemic stroke were analyzed. Results:After adjusting traditional cardiovascular risk factors.the patients with NVAF who had the history of ischemic stroke were significantly older than those without(mean [SD] age 73.6 [8.4]vs.69.1[10.3] years,P=0.017).1he prevalence of hypertension was significantly higher(83.3%va.66.2%,P=0.011).The proportion of patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction was significantly higher(63.1% vs.45.9%,P=0.006),and plasma fibrinogen level increased significantly (mean [SD] 365 [108]vs.312[82] mg/dL,P=0.008).Conclusions:Plasma fibrinogen level is independently associated with a history of ischemic stroke in older patients with NVAF hospitalized for cardiac causes.
