RESUMO
We are presenting all the results of the biotransformation investigation of the material LitAr after replacing by it the cystectomy region for fixing the permanent tooth rudimental parts. The conversion of the material into the bone tissue has been checked with the use of computed tomography operations with performing a subsequent quantitative evaluation of forming the bone tissue. We are also presenting here a graph interpretation of the biotransformation of the material LitAr into the bone tissue. The process check time period was equal to 2-15 months.

The results of the biotransformation investigation of the material LitAr after replacing through it the cystectomy area for the fixation of the permanent tooth rudiment are given here. The conversion process of the material LitAr into the bone tissue was checked roentgenologically and with the use of magnetic resonance image (MRI). In accordance with the MRI data all the bone tissue formation marks have been stated in 2 months after implanting the material LitAr into the rudiment fixation area. All the further observations (up to 10 months) have shown the bone tissue formation which was accompanied by cutting the tooth in the correct position and on time.

The calcified material (the collagen and calcium hydroxyphosphate--base material) has been used for the first time with a high degree of the structural integrability of components. This material has been obtained according to an unique technology. The material was implanted in 17 patients: after cystectomy--12, after root apex resection--5. The teeth which were in the defective region were preimmobilized by means of archbar structures. The material biotransformation was checked by scintigraphy, roentgenography. According to the obtained data forming of bone tissue was registered on day 20-21 after the operation, after 2-2.5 months this process ended.

We studied kinetics of biotransformation synthetic implant for substituting defects of the bone tissue using methods of computer tomography, scintigraphy and morphology in vivo and in vitro. We found that the character of biotransformation is dependent on the degree of loaded or unloaded bone tissue.
