RESUMO

It is designed to discuss the relationship between the expression of chemokine receptor 7 (chemokine receptor 7, CXCR7) and nuclear transcription factor-κB (nuclear factor kappa B, NF-κB) and the occurrence of the breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis. METHOD: 80 samples were excised and confirmed as breast cancer through our hospital pathology from January 2014 to December 2016 and tumor tissues and normal mammary tissues 2 cm from the tumor edges were taken as an experimental group and a control group, respectively. The method of immunohistochemical is utilized to test the expression of CXCR7 and NF-κB in the breast cancer tissue, compared with the para-carcinoma tissue, and analyze its relevance with the clinicopathologic features of the breast cancer tissue, such as tumor size, TNM staging, lymphatic metastasis and other conditions. RESULTS: both CXCR7 and NF-κB were highly expressed in the breast cancer tissue, the positive rate was significantly higher that that of paracancerous normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant. And the expressions of CXCR7 and NF-κB were related to TNM staging of the breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis and unrelated to the tumor size, age, and expressions of ER, PR and HER2. CONCLUSION: both CXCR7 and NF-κB are related to the malignant grade of the breast cancer and lymphatic metastasis, which may be regarded as in important indicator to judge the prognosis of the breast cancer and be expected to be the new target of curing part of the breast cancer.

RESUMO

A new artificial receptor 1 was developed, and its chromogenic and fluorogenic behaviors toward various metal ions were investigated. Receptor 1 shows exclusively responses toward Hg(2+) and Cu(2+) ions. It selectively senses Hg(2+) and Cu(2+) ions through two different color changes in aqueous solution (DMSO/H(2)O=4/1) and also distinguishes them from other metal ions. In addition, receptor 1 also exhibits pronounced enhancements of the fluorescence, which can visually be discernible by an orchid fluorescence in the presence of Hg(2+) ions and a strong blue fluorescence in the presence of Cu(2+) ions.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the instance of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) complicated by preoperative lower extremity close fracture. METHODS: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 54 patients with DVT (through color Doppler to final diagnosis) complicated by preoperative lower extremity close fracture from March 2008 to February 2009, and explored the concomitant reason of DVT. There were 23 males and 31 females with age for 23-95 years old. RESULTS: DVT including thrombus of ilio-venae external, thrombus of femoral vein, thrombus of popliteal vein, thrombus of posterior tibial veins and thrombus of soleus venae. The instance of DVT complicated by preoperative lower extremity close fracture: (1) The age of 23 cases (42.59%) more than 70 years. (2) 11 cases (20.37%) combined with syndrome, 2 cases had hypertension, 3 cases had hypertension and diabetes, 2 cases hypertension and cerbral infarction, 4 cases had hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease. (3) 10 cases (18.51%) were multi-fractures. (4) 28 cases (51.85%) occurred DVT at 7-14 days after lower extremity close fracture. CONCLUSION: Advanced age, complicating hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cerbral infarction, multi-fractures may be lead to DVT. Multitudinous DVT occurred at 7-14 days after fracture, as early as possible operation has important significance on prevention DVT to decrease risk of pulmonary embolism.

RESUMO

We observe experimentally, the first time to our knowledge, two types of composite gap solitons in optically induced one-dimensional nonlinear lattice in LiNbO(3) crystal. We observe the staggered bright composite gap soliton when a single Gauss probe beam is incident at Bragg angle as well as a dipole probe beam is incident at normal incidence. When a single Gauss beam is at normal incidence, the in-phase bright composite gap solitons are observed.
