RESUMO
The authors studied the information efficiency of stable-phased immunofermental analysis (IFA) in differential diagnosis of infectious diseases of respiratory system and pulmonary tuberculosis. IFA method was used on 60 infectious patients with non-tuberculous pathology, 64 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 200 donors. It was found out that the minimal diagnostical IFA titer in pulmonary tuberculosis was 1:320 (antibody revealing frequency--up to 89.2%; specificity--95%). IFA method with phosphatide antigen has a great practical significance in differential diagnosis of influenza, acute respiratory viral infections and pneumonias with pulmonary tuberculosis.

On the basis of literature review the article makes an appreciation of various methods for tuberculosis serological diagnostics. The authors mark a high information level of immunofermental analysis (IFA). 126 tuberculosis patients, 122 patients with non-tuberculosis etiology and 410 donors were examined with the aid of IFA (phosphide antigen). The min. diagnostic titer in pulmonary tuberculosis is 1:320, in nonpulmonary--1:160. The max. antigen titers in IFA (optical density unit of measurement) were in the cases of disseminated tuberculosis 1.32 0.12; the min.--in uterine tube tuberculosis--0.92 0.08. The titers of donors were 0.20 0.03, and of patients with non-tuberculosis diseases--0.25 0.04. IFA is recommended for practical application in tuberculosis and infectious clinics.

The diagnostic value of blood serum and urinary amylase, lipase, and trypsin in exacerbations of chronic relapsing pancreatitis is discussed. In exacerbations of this condition the blood and urine amylase levels are increased within the first 3 days, trypsin and lipase concentrations are elevated starting from the second and up to the 14th day. These data help correctly choose the enzymic test for the diagnosis of the disease, with due consideration for its duration.

Signs of hyperplasia of the lymph nodules of the antral part of the stomach (HLNAPS) were revealed in 352 adults and 213 children during esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Endoscopic, clinical and morphological signs of this disease were described. HLNAPS resistance to common antiulcerative therapy was noted. The necessity of biopsy to specify this disease was emphasized.
