BACKGROUND: With the improvements in laparoscopic or robotic surgical techniques and instruments, a growing number of surgeons have attempted to complete all digestive tract reconstruction intracorporeally; these procedures include totally robotic gastrectomy (TRG) and totally laparoscopic gastrectomy (TLG). This study aimed to evaluate the safety and feasibility of the TRG and compare the short-term outcomes of the TRG and TLG in patients with gastric cancer. METHODS: Between January 2018 and June 2023, 346 consecutive patients who underwent TRG or TLG at a high-volume academic gastric cancer specialty center were included. 1:1 propensity score matching (PSM) was performed to reduce confounding bias. The surgical outcomes, postoperative morbidity, and surgical burden were compared in PSM cohort. RESULTS: After PSM, a well-balanced cohort of 194 patients (97 in each group) was included in the analysis. The total operation time of the TRG group was significantly longer than that of the TLG group (244.9 vs. 213.0 min, P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in the effective operation time between the 2 groups (217.8 vs. 207.2 min, P = 0.059). The digestive tract reconstruction time of the TRG group was significantly shorter than that of the TLG group (39.4 vs. 46.7 min, P < 0.001). The mean blood loss in the TRG group was less than that in the TLG group (101.1 vs. 126.8 mL, P = 0.014). The TRG group had more retrieved lymph nodes in the suprapancreatic area than that in the TLG group (16.6 vs 14.2, P = 0.002). The TRG group had a lower surgery task load index (38.9 vs. 43.1, P < 0.001) than the TLG group. No significant difference was found in terms of postoperative morbidity between the 2 groups (14.4% vs. 16.5%, P = 0.691). CONCLUSION: This study demonstrated that TRG is a safe and feasible procedure, and is preferable to TLG in terms of invasion and ergonomics. The TRG may maximize the superiority of robotic surgical systems and embodies the theory of minimally invasive surgery.

Adenosine deaminase acting on RNA1 (ADAR1), catalyzing post-transcriptional adenosine-to-inosine RNA editing, promotes cancer progression and therapeutic resistance. However, very little is known about the association of ADAR1 variants with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Here we first explored the potential association of three polymorphisms (rs9616, rs2229857, and rs1127313) of ADAR1 with susceptibility in Chinese children ALL, then functionally characterized ADAR1 in ALL. Our results demonstrated that rs9616 T and rs2229857 T were associated with increased expression of ADAR1 mRNA and higher risk to ALL. Of note, a stronger risk effect of rs2229857 T genotypes was found among relapse children. Furthermore, ADAR1 knockdown specifically inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis in ALL cells. These findings give insights into a mechanism by which the risk variant at rs9616 and rs2229857 modulate ADAR1 expression and confers a predisposition and relapse risk to ALL, and representing a potential novel biomarker for pediatric ALL.

Background: With the development of rehabilitation medicine, exercise therapy has gradually become one of the methods to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases. It is widely used in clinic because it can further reduce the mortality rate, improve clinical symptoms, restore the activity ability of the body, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the hospitalization rate. Traditional Chinese exercises have developed rapidly in recent years, which mainly include Baduanjin, Tai Ji, etc. However, meta-analyses of all types of exercises are not well characterized. Objectives: To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese exercises (TCEs) on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) using a meta-analysis. Methods: A systematic search of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on TCEs for patients with CHF in 13 databases (PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, etc.). Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager software (version 5.3) after two investigators independently screened the studies, assessed the quality of the studies, and extracted the data. Results: Meta-analysis of 21 randomized controlled trials which involved 1,665 patients with chronic heart failure showed that practicing TCEs was effective in improving patients' physiological outcomes such as VO2max [MD = 2.14, 95% CI (1.02, 3.26), P < 0.001], AT [MD = 1.61, 95% CI (1.06, 2.16), P < 0.001], and left ventricular ejection fraction [MD = 2.60, 95% CI (1.17, 4.02), P < 0.001]. Non-physiological outcomes benefited from the application of TCEs: 6-min walking distance [MD = 38.55, 95% CI (36.67, 40.42), P < 0.001], quality of life [MD = 5.52, 95% CI (3.17, 7.88), P < 0.001], and single-item TCM symptom scores in CHF patients: tiredness and fatigue [MD = 0.78, 95% CI (0.03, 1.53), P = 0.04], shortness of breath [MD = 0.44,95% CI (0.26, 0.62), P < 0.0001], facial puffiness and limb swelling [MD = 0.44,95% CI (0.12, 0.76), P = 0.007], palpitations [MD = 0.68,95% CI (0.14, 1.21), P = 0.01] were improved. Conclusions: TCEs improved several recovery indicators, heart failure-related clinical symptoms, quality of life, and physiological indicators in patients with CHF. It is worthwhile to expand the participants for practical application in clinical practice, but the existing evidence is insufficient and the heterogeneity of outcome is large. Therefore, more high-quality clinical trials are needed to support these results. Systematic review registration: PROSPERO, identifier [CRD42022383246].

BACKGROUND: Cognitive impairment was a common sequela among stroke survivors, and exercise intervention was a promising non-pharmacological treatment modality for it. PURPOSE: To explore the effects of exercise intervention programs on cognitive and motor function in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke. STUDY DESIGN: Systematic review and meta-analysis. METHODS: Seven online databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus, PsycInfo, and SPORTDiscus) were searched from their inception to 10 February 2022. Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) comparing the effects of exercise with non-exercise rehabilitation, using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination, Mini-Mental State Examination, Trial Making Test, Upper and Lower Extremity Fugl-Meyer Assessment, Berg Balance Scale, and Barthel Index, were selected. Calculations for each assessment were performed for the overall effect and the therapy of interest, taking into account the effect of stroke severity or stimulus parameters. RESULTS: Twelve RCTs involving 975 participants and investigating nine different types of exercise interventions were included. The results were not affected by participant characteristics or reactive balance outcomes. Our results emphasise the importance of lightweight and operable aerobic exercises. Exercise itself had a high potential to improve cognitive impairment and motor function after stroke. CONCLUSIONS: Exercise had significant positive effects on alleviating cognitive and motor impairments after stroke.

Neuroblastoma (NB) is a devastating malignancy threatening children's health, and amplification of MYCN is associated with treatment failure and a poor outcome. Here, we aimed to demonstrate the role of cell division cycle 27 (CDC27), an important core subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex, and its clinical significance in NB patients. In functional assays, we illustrated that CDC27 promoted the cell growth, metastasis and sphere-formation ability of NB cells both in vitro and in vivo. To further understand the potential mechanism, SK-N-SH cells were transfected with CDC27 siRNA, and RNA-sequencing was performed. The results revealed that downregulation of CDC27 led to markedly reduced expression of ODC1, which is a well-established direct target of MYCN. Subsequently, we further illustrated that suppression of ODC1 significantly attenuated the promotion effect of CDC27 on the proliferation, metastasis, and sphere-formation ability of NB cells, hinting that CDC27 exerted its biological behavior in NB at least partly in an ODC1-dependent manner. In addition, CDC27 rendered cells more vulnerable to ferroptosis, while knockdown of ODC1 markedly reversed the pro-ferroptotic effect of CDC27. Collectively, our data is the first to report that the CDC27/ODC1 axis promotes tumorigenesis and acts as a positive regulator of ferroptosis in NB, highlighting that CDC27 may represent a novel therapeutic strategy and prognostic biomarker in neuroblastoma.

BACKGROUND: This study was designed to compare the postoperative complications after Robotic total gastrectomy (RTG) and robotic distal gastrectomy (RDG) and to systematically evaluate the safety and feasibility of RTG for the treatment of gastric cancer (GC). METHODS: Patients with GC who underwent RTG or RDG for curative intent between March 2010 and August 2019 were analyzed. We used propensity score matching (PSM) to reduce selection bias. The morbidity and mortality within 30 days after surgery between the RTG and the RDG groups were compared. RESULTS: According to Clavien-Dindo (C-D) classification, the morbidity and mortality of the RTG group were comparable to those of the RDG group. Subgroup analyses showed no significant difference between the RTG and RDG groups in all stratified parameters (all P > .05). Multivariate analysis revealed that age ≥70 years (P = .002) and surgeons' experience ≤25 cases (P = .013) were independent risk factors for overall complication. Surgeons' experience ≤25 cases (P = .010) was identified as an independent risk factor for severe complication. CONCLUSION: RTG is a safe and feasible surgical procedure for the treatment of GC with acceptable morbidity and mortality. More complications were observed for RTG, indicating that RTG is more invasive than RDG.

BACKGROUND: Total gastrectomy for carcinoma in the remnant stomach (CRS) remains a technically demanding procedure. Whether robotic surgery is superior, equal, or inferior to laparoscopic surgery in patients with CRS is unclear. This study was designed to compare the efficacy and safety of robotic total gastrectomy (RTG) and laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG) for the treatment of CRS. METHODS: In this cohort study, we retrospectively analysed the data from patients who underwent RTG or LTG for CRS at Southwest Hospital (Chongqing, China) between May 2006 and October 2019. The surgical outcomes, post-operative complications, and survival outcomes between the two groups were compared. RESULTS: Compared with LTG, RTG was associated with similar effective operation time (272.0 vs 297.9 min, P = 0.170), higher total costs (105,967.2 vs 81,629.5 RMB, P < 0.001), and less estimated blood loss (229.2 vs 288.8 mL, P = 0.031). No significant differences were found between the robotic and laparoscopic groups in terms of conversion rate, time to first flatus, time to first soft diet, post-operative hospital stay, post-operative complications, R0 resection rate, and number of retrieved lymph nodes (all P > 0.05). The 3-year disease-free survival and 3-year overall survival rates were comparable between the two groups (65.5% vs 57.5%, P = 0.918; 69.0% vs 60.0%, P = 0.850, respectively). CONCLUSIONS: RTG is a safe and feasible procedure for the treatment of CRS and could serve as an optimal treatment for CRS.

Li-rich Mn-based-layered oxides are considered to be the most felicitous cathode material candidates for commercial application of lithium-ion batteries on account of high energy density. Nevertheless, defects containing an unsatisfactory initial Coulombic efficiency and rapid voltage decay seriously impede their practical utilization. Herein, a coating layer with three distinct crystalline states are employed as a coating layer to modify Li[Li0.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13]O2, respectively, and the effects of coating layers with distinct crystalline states on the crystal structure, diffusion kinetics, and cell performance of host materials are further explored. A coating layer with high crystallinity enables mitigatory voltage decay and better cyclic stability of materials, while a coating layer with planar defects facilitates Li+ transfer and enhances the rate performance of materials. Consequently, optimizing the crystalline state of coating substances is critical for preferable surface modification.

Species differences in the metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450 are critical in evaluating the use of experimental animals in studying toxic compounds relevant to human diseases. 2-Amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (PhIP), which is produced by high-temperature cooking of fish and meat, is activated to become a carcinogen by cytochrome P4501A2 (CYP1A2) through N2 -hydroxylation in humans, but is detoxified by Cyp1a2 through 4'-hydroxylation in mice. CYP1A-humanized (hCYP1A) mice, in which mouse Cyp1a is replaced with human CYP1A, show constitutive human xenobiotic metabolism by hCYP1A, thereby serving as a suitable model for studying PhIP. Previous studies have demonstrated that oral administration of PhIP induces colon tumors in hCYP1A mice; however, these studies used a super-high dose, raising concerns regarding the relevance of the mechanism to human cancer. Herein, we systematically investigated PhIP-induced colon carcinogenesis in hCYP1A mice treated with lower doses. We found that a dose 2000 times lower than that used previously, which is comparable to human daily intake levels, could induce colon tumors, albeit at a lower incidence rate. We further investigated the transcriptome changes in the colon of hCYP1A mice treated with PhIP and identified that PhIP treatment increased the expression of Bax, Btg2, Ccng1, Cdkn1a, and Trp53inp1 and decreased the expression of Igf1 and Ccnd1. Since these genes are key components of the p53-dependent DNA damage response, the altered expression patterns indicated PhIP-induced DNA damage in hCYP1A mice. Together, these results prove that hCYP1A mice are suitable for studying PhIP-induced carcinogenesis and show that PhIP is an important colorectal cancer carcinogen in human diet.

BACKGROUND: In this study, we investigated the incidence and risk factors for postoperative complications after robotic gastrectomy (RG) in patients with gastric cancer. METHODS: A total of 817 patients who underwent RG for gastric cancer between March 2010 and August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Postoperative complications were categorized according to the Clavien-Dindo classification, and possible risk factors were evaluated. RESULTS: Among 817 patients who underwent RG, overall, severe, local and systemic complication rates were 13.8, 4.2, 7.0 and 6.9%, respectively. Multivariable analysis revealed that an age of 70 years or older (P < 0.001) and multiorgan resection (P = 0.031) were independent risk factors for the occurrence of overall complications. Multivariable analysis showed that an age of 70 years or older (P = 0.005) and surgeons' experience ≤ 25 cases (P = 0.004) were independent risk factors for severe complications. Regarding local complications, an age of 70 years or older (P < 0.001), multiorgan resection (P = 0.010) and surgeons' experience ≤ 25 cases (P = 0.005) were identified as independent risk factors. An age of 70 years or older (P < 0.001), a BMI of 25 or higher (P = 0.045) and the presence of comorbidity (P = 0.029) were identified as independent risk factors for systemic complications. CONCLUSIONS: The present study demonstrated that RG is a safe and feasible procedure for the treatment of gastric cancer, and it has an acceptable postoperative morbidity. Elderly patients and insufficient surgeon experience were two major risk factors for the occurrence of complications following RG. We suggest that surgeons choose patients in good condition during their RG learning phase to reduce learning-associated morbidity.

BACKGROUND: The robotic surgical system has several technical advantages over laparoscopic instruments. The technical feasibility and safety of robotic gastrectomy (RG) for gastric cancer have been reported by increasing number of studies. However, the long-term survival and recurrence outcomes after RG for locally advanced gastric cancer (AGC) have seldom been reported. This study aimed to compare long-term oncologic outcomes for patients with locally AGC after RG or laparoscopic gastrectomy (LG). METHODS: This study comprised 1170 patients underwent RG or LG, respectively, for locally AGC between March 2010 and February 2017. The primary outcome was the 3-year disease-free survival (DFS). The secondary endpoint included 3-year overall survival (OS) and recurrence patterns. One-to-one propensity score matching (PSM) was performed to reduce confounding bias. The outcomes were compared in PSM cohort. RESULTS: After PSM, a well-balanced cohort of 816 patients (408 in each group) were included in the analysis. The 3-year DFS rate was 76.2% in the robotic group and 70.1% in the laparoscopic group (P = 0.076). The 3-year OS rates was 76.7% in the robotic group and 73.3% in the laparoscopic group (P = 0.246). In the subgroup analyses for potential confounding variables, neither 3-year DFS nor 3-year OS survival were significantly different between the two groups (all P > 0.05). The two groups showed similar recurrence patterns within 3 years after surgery (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: For patients with locally AGC, RG can result in comparable long-term survival outcomes without an increase in recurrence rate.

Oxygen incorporation has been reported to increase the current-induced spin-orbit torque in ferromagnetic heterostructures, but the underlying mechanism is still under active debate. Here, we report on an in-situ study of the oxygen exposure effect on spin-orbit torque in Pt/Co bilayers via controlled oxygen exposure, Co and Mg deposition, and electrical measurements in ultrahigh vacuum. We show that the oxygen exposure on Pt/Co indeed leads to an increase of spin-orbit torque, but the enhancement is not as large as those reported previously. Similar enhancement of spin-orbit torque is also observed after the deposition of an MgO capping layer. The results of ab initio calculations on the Rashba splitting of Pt/Co and Pt/Co/O suggest that the enhancement is due to enhanced Rashba-Edelstein effect by surface-adsorbed oxygen. Our findings shed some light on the varying roles of oxygen in modifying the spin torque efficiency reported previously.

@#Objective:To explore the mechanism of EYA1 (eyes absent 1) inhibiting the malignant progression of gastric cancer SGC7901 cells through regulating PTEN/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Methods: Twenty-nine pairs of gastric cancer tissues and para-cancerous tissues collected at the General Surgery center, Southwest Hospital Affiliated to Military Medical University during June 2016 and June 2018 were used in this study. Wb and RT-PCR assays were used to test the mRNA and protein expressions of EYA1 in gastric cancer tissues and the paired para-cancerous tissues; Transfection with plasmid or siRNAs were used to up-regulate or down-regulate EYA1 or PTEN expression in gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells; MTT, Flow Cytometry, Wound Healing and Transwell assays were carried out to detect cell proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis and invasion abilities, respectively. Results: EYA1 expression was decreased in gastric cancer tissues as compared with the para-cancerous tissues at both mRNA and protein levels (P<0.01); EYA1 over-expression significantly enhanced the proliferation, metastasis and invasion of SGC-7901 cells (all P<0.05), and inhibited cell apoptosis (P<0.05); moreover, its over-expressionsignificantly increased the expression of PTEN, and inhibited the activation of PI3K/AKT pathway (all P< 0.05 or P<0.01). However, the above effects mediated by EYA1 up-regulation were significantly impaired after the knockout of PTEN (all P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: EYA1 can inhibit the malignant progression of gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells through promoting the expression of PTEN and activating PI3K/AKT pathway.

The anomalous Hall effect, observed in conducting ferromagnets with broken time-reversal symmetry, offers the possibility to couple spin and orbital degrees of freedom of electrons in ferromagnets. In addition to charge, the anomalous Hall effect also leads to spin accumulation at the surfaces perpendicular to both the current and magnetization direction. Here, we experimentally demonstrate that the spin accumulation, subsequent spin backflow, and spin-charge conversion can give rise to a different type of spin current-related spin current related magnetoresistance, dubbed here as the anomalous Hall magnetoresistance, which has the same angular dependence as the recently discovered spin Hall magnetoresistance. The anomalous Hall magnetoresistance is observed in four types of samples: co-sputtered (Fe1-xMn x )0.6Pt0.4, Fe1-xMn x /Pt multilayer, Fe1-xMn x with x = 0.17-0.65 and Fe, and analyzed using the drift-diffusion model. Our results provide an alternative route to study charge-spin conversion in ferromagnets and to exploit it for potential spintronic applications.

Neuroblastoma is a pediatric malignancy, and the clinical phenotypes range from localized tumors with excellent outcomes to widely metastatic disease in which long-term survival is approximately 40%, despite intensive therapy. Emerging evidence suggests that aberrant miRNA regulation plays a role in neuroblastoma, but the miRNA functions and mechanisms remain unknown. miR-181 family members were detected in 32 neuroblastoma patients, and the effects of miR-181a/b on cell viability, invasion, and migration were evaluated in vitro and in vivo. A parallel global mRNA expression profile was obtained for neuroblastoma cells overexpressing miR-181a. The potential targets of miR-181a/b were validated. miR-181a/b expression levels were positively associated with MYCN amplification and neuroblastoma aggressiveness. Moreover, ectopic miR-181a/b expression significantly induced the growth and invasion of neuroblastoma cells in vitro and in vivo. Microarray analysis revealed that mRNAs were consistently downregulated after miR-181a overexpression, leading to cell migration. In addition, the expression of ABI1 was suppressed by miR-181a/b, and ABI1 was validated as a direct target of miR-181a/b. We concluded that miR-181a/b were significantly upregulated in aggressive neuroblastoma, which enhanced its tumorigenesis and progression by suppressing the expression of ABI1.

BACKGROUND: Bmi-1, the B cell-specific moloney murine leukemia virus insertion site 1, is a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family and acts as an oncogene in various tumors; however, its expression related to the prognosis of pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has not been well studied. METHODS: The Bmi-1 expression levels in the bone marrow of 104 pediatric ALL patients and 18 normal control subjects were determined by using qRT-PCR. The association between the Bmi-1 expression and the clinicopathological characteristics of pediatric ALL patients was analyzed, and the correlation between Bmi-1 and the prognosis of pediatric ALL was calculated according to the Kaplan-Meier method. Furthermore, the association between Bmi-1 expression and its transcriptional regulator Sall4 was investigated. RESULTS: Compared to normal control subjects, patients with primary pediatric ALL exhibited upregulated levels of Bmi-1. However, these levels were sharply decreased in patients who achieved complete remission. A significant positive association between elevated Bmi-1 levels and a poor response to prednisone as well as an increased clinical risk was observed. Patients who overexpressed Bmi-1 at the time of diagnosis had a lower relapse-free survival (RFS) rate (75.8%), whereas patients with lower Bmi-1 expression had an RFS of 94.1%. Furthermore, in ALL patients, the mRNA expression of Bmi-1 was positively correlated to the mRNA expression of Sall4a. CONCLUSIONS: Taken together, these data suggest that Bmi-1 could serve as a novel prognostic biomarker in pediatric primary ALL and may be partially regulated by Sall4a. Our study also showed that Bmi-1 could serve as a new therapeutic target for the treatment of pediatric ALL.

In this work, loop-mediated isothermal amplification based detection assay using bacterial culture and bacterial colony for various common pathogens direct detection had been established, evaluated and further applied. A total of five species of common pathogens and nine detection targets (tlh, tdh and trh for V. Parahaemolyticus, rfbE, stx1 and stx2 for E. coli, oprI for P. aeruginosa, invA for Salmonella and hylA for L. monocytogenes) were performed on bacterial culture and bacterial colony LAMP. To evaluate and optimize this assay, a total of 116 standard strains were included. Then, for each detected targets, 20 random selected strains were applied. Results were determined through both visual observation of the changed color by naked eye and electrophoresis, which increased the accuracy of survey. The minimum adding quantity of each primer had been confirmed, and the optimal amplification was obtained under 65 °C for 45 min with 25 µl reaction volume. The detection limit of bacterial culture LAMP and PCR assay were determined to be 102 and 104 or 105 CFU/reaction, respectively. No false positive amplification was observed when subjecting the bacterial -LAMP assay to 116 reference strains. This was the first report of colony-LAMP and culture-LAMP assay, which had been demonstrated to be a fast, reliable, cost-effective and simple method on detection of various common pathogens.

Gastric cancer is the most common cancer and the most frequent cause of cancer death worldwide. Several studies have identified the role of thymidylate synthase (TS) 5'- and 3'-UTR and gastric cancer susceptibility; however, the results still remain inconclusive. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to reinvestigate this correlation. In the present study, online databases were searched to retrieve relevant articles published between January 2000 and 2016. The odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were employed to calculate the strength of association. Overall, a total of 13 articles were screened out, including 2382 gastric cancer patients and 3171 healthy controls. We found that polymorphisms of TS 5'-UTR 2R (double repeats)/3R (triple repeats) of a 28-bp sequence (11 articles) and 3'-UTR del6/ins6 (seven articles) were not significantly associated with increased risk of gastric cancer. Subgroup analysis by ethnicity showed that 2R allele and 2R/2R genotype in TS 5'-UTR were associated with gastric cancer susceptibility in Caucasian and African populations; del6 allele, del6/del6 and del6/ins6 genotypes were correlated with gastric cancer in Caucasian population. In conclusion, our result suggested that TS polymorphisms might be the risk factors for gastric cancer risk in Caucasian population, although this association needs further study, and future large-scale researches are still required.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of miR-181a in AML cell lines and explore its effect on cell proliferation. METHODS: The expression of miR-181a in AML cell lines (NB4,HL-60,K562 and MV-4-11) was detected by quantiative polymerase chain reation(qPCR). Moreover, the cell proliferation and cell cycle were evaluated in several cell lines (HL60, NB4 and K562) by using CCK-8 and flow cytometry after the imitative transfection with miR-181a. RESULTS: The miR-181a expression was significantly increased in most AML cell lines, including NB4,HL-60 and MV-4-11, but decreased in a few AML cell lines(K562), as compared with that in control(P<0.05). Overexpressed miR-181a in the cell lines significantly enhanced the cell proliferation, as well as the cell ratio of S-to and G2-phase by miR-181a imitative transfection in vitro. CONCLUSION: Overexpression of miR-181a can promote AML cell proliferation. MiR-181a may play an oncogene role in AML, studying the MiR-181a may provide a new method for treatment of AML.
