[Total and allergic morbidity trends in the population residing in the area of microbiological industry].

Due to exposure to emissions from a protein-vitamin concentrate-manufacturing enterprise, the total and allergic morbidity rates remained high in the Blagoveshchensk population during a follow-up, the incidence of asthma and atopic dermatitis being on the rise and that of pollen disease on the decrease. The findings show the need for a further follow-up of the health status of the population of this area, the living conditions in which are risk factors for allergic and toxic allergic diseases even after microbiological industry closure.

[Prophylactic efficiency of tietasol and oxymethyluracyl against chlorphenols exposure in experimental and real conditions]. / Profilakticheskaia éffektivnost' tietazola i oksimetiluratsila pri vozdeistvii khrorfenolov.

The authors studied protective efficiency of tietasol and oxymethyluracyl in experiments with animals exposed to 2,4-dichlorphenol and in real chlorphenol production. According to the results, oxymethyluracyl could be recommended to increase resistance against chemicals in occupational conditions.

[Concept of predicting hazards of toxicants]. / Kontseptsiia prognoza opasnosti toksikantov.
