RESUMO

As the world has turned into a global village, it has created many challenges for human resource departments regarding the management of a diverse workforce in satisfying the employees and creating a diverse yet safe environment for them that does not make them uncomfortable. The current study has investigated the effect of human resource practices on the diversity climate with the mediation of job satisfaction. The data has been collected from human resource personnel of multinationals in China with the help of 316 participants. The study deployed SEM analysis to analyze and measure the effect of training and development along with performance appraisal on the diversity climate. The findings of the study revealed that training and growth or development do not have an impact on the diversity climate, however, performance appraisal has a strong positive impact. Similarly, the mediating role of job satisfaction has been found to ensure the relationship of training and development and performance appraisal with the diversity climate. This study has provided certain implications for the HR managers of multinationals to ensure a secure diversity climate for a diverse workforce.

RESUMO

:To investigate the effect of transient receptor potential melastatin 2 (TRPM2) inhibitor A10 on oxygen glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) injury in SH-SY5Y cells.:Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells were subject to OGD/R injury, and then were divided into blank control group, model control group and A10 group randomly. The cell survival rate was detected by cell counting kit 8 (CCK-8); the level of cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by reactive oxygen detection kit; the mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by tetramethylrhodamine (TMRM) method; the number of apoptotic cells was detected by TUNEL apoptosis assay kit; the protein expression level of cleaved caspase 3 was detected by Western blot.:Compared with 3,20,30,50, has lower cytotoxicity and better inhibition effect on channel activity. Compared with the model control group,ROS level was reduced, the mitochondrial membrane potential was improved, the number of apoptosis cells was reduced ,and the expression of cleaved caspase 3 was significantly reduced in the A10 group(all <0.05). : A10 can alleviate cell damage after OGD/R by inhibiting TRPM2 channel function, reducing extracellular calcium influx, reducing cell ROS levels, stabilizing mitochondrial membrane potential levels, and reducing apoptosis.

RESUMO

Foreign Language Department of Kunming Medical University has developed medical English self-access learning platform based on campus network, created medical English online courses and network resource library , established major oriented learning evaluation mechanism . It provides an online teaching, learning, practice, testing and evaluation environment for college teachers and students. The architecture of the platform takes medical specialty into consideration, which focuses on the training of students' English skills. The detailed design of the platform is presented. The platform was launched in September 2014. Performance testing is used to measure the ability of the system. Three methods including students' interview, the interaction between the teaching management staff and quantitative analysis are adopted to evaluate the application results . Finally this paper has preliminarily explored self-access learning modes available for students. According to the related information, the platform runs smoothly after it was put into use and improves students' learning ability of medical English to a certain extent.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)scanning technology for ankle joint and its clinical value. Methods 42 cases of ankle joint trauma were examined with MRI using GPFLX coil.It was performed through sagittal T2WI,T2WI F/S,T1WI;coronal T2WI;axial T2WI.FOV was big enough for the whole trauma ankle joint. To make image clear, some soft materials should be placed between the trauma ankle joint and the GPFLX coil. The injured ankle joint was not allowed to move. The technology of No Phase Wrap is also necessary. Results The high quality rate was up to 90% for the ankle joint.Among 42 cases,6 had traumatic arthritis,14 had ankle joint contusion,9 had Achilles tendon rupture,6 had other structural injuries,4 had late degenerative change, and 3 had normal images. Conclusion MRI is a sensitive technique for injured ankle joint. It can accurately show the degree and location of ankle joint trauma. It has an important clinical significance in finding bone contusion and other structural injuries, and it is very helpful for treatment.
