RESUMO

In propagating edits for image editing, some edits are intended to affect limited local regions, while others act globally over the entire image. However, the ambiguity problem in propagating edits is not adequately addressed in existing methods. Thus, tedious user input requirements remain since the user must densely or repeatedly input control samples to suppress ambiguity. In this paper, we address this challenge to propagate edits suitably by marking edits for local or global propagation and determining their reasonable propagation scopes automatically. Thus, our approach avoids propagation conflicts, effectively resolving the ambiguity problem. With the reduction of ambiguity, our method allows fewer and less-precise control samples than existing methods. Furthermore, we provide a uniform framework to propagate local and global edits simultaneously, helping the user to quickly obtain the intended results with reduced labor. With our unified framework, the potentially ambiguous interaction between local and global edits (evident in existing methods that propagate these two edit types in series) is resolved. We experimentally demonstrate the effectiveness of our method compared with existing methods.

RESUMO

Objective To detect the risk factors for type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A case-control study was conducted,136 hospitalized DN patients and 152 hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients without DN as control group were enrolled in the study.Information including demographic characteristics, history of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy, behaviors, social psychological characters, clinical data and laboratory data was collected retrospectively.Statistic methods including ?2 test,u test and non-conditional logistic regression were conducted to detect the risk factors of DN.Results Between the cases and the controls, there were significant differences in the course of diabetes mellitus(DM),being complicated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, pulse pressure, laboratory features as tiglyceride, total cholesterol, creatinine, uric acid, and behaviors including control of systolic blood pressure, exercise after DM.Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that course of DM(OR=2.48 95%CI:1.87~3.42),being complicated with hypertension(OR=1.38 95%CI:1.09~1.62) and blood creatinine level(OR=6.23 95%CI:3.03~9.82) were risk factors for DN.Conclusion Longer course of DM,with hypertension and high level of blood creatinine were the risk factors of DN.DM patients should strictly control their blood pressure and blood sugar, periodically inspect renal function and blood creatinine, and correct dyslipidemia to prevent the development and progression of DN.

RESUMO

Objective To study the effect of TMB 8 on cerebral blood flow(CBF) of focal cerebral ischemia in the rats. Methods CBF in the middle cerebral artery occlusion after the middle cerebral artery occlusion was measured by a Laser Doppler Flowmeter. TMB 8 was administered 30 min before occlusion and 20 min after occlusion respectively. Results CBF was reduced quickly. TMB 8 0.5,1,2 mg/kg was administered 30 min before occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. The dosage inhibited the reduction of CBF,20 min after occlusion, CBF was increased by TMB 8 1 mg/kg significantly. Conclusion TMB 8 could prevent and treat the reduction of CBF in focal cerebral ischemia of MCAO in the rats, and improved the supply of blood in ischemic area.
