RESUMO
A technique for associated anterior cruciate ligament and fibular collateral ligament reconstruction is shown, using a single hamstring tendon graft, which is prepared asymmetrically, leaving one-third of the length with a single diameter and two-thirds with a double diameter. A single femoral tunnel is created, using an interference screw for fixation and isolation of the grafts. A suspension device is used for tibial fixation, allowing for length adjustment according to the graft's length. The objective of this Technical Note is to provide the orthopaedic surgeon with a resource for anterior cruciate ligament and fibular collateral ligament reconstruction even with short grafts, saving bone stock and avoiding the need for allografts.

Se presenta el caso de un varón de 27 años con rotura meniscal en asa de cubo bicompartimental asociada a rotura del LCA en la rodilla derecha. El tratamiento realizado fue la ligamentoplastia del LCA con autoinjerto de tendones isquiotibiales y la meniscectomía parcial de ambos meniscos mediante técnica artroscópica, obteniendo unos excelentes resultados clínicos y funcionales. Aprovechamos este caso para revisar la bibliografía existente y exponer las opciones de tratamiento de las que se disponen según los hallazgos artroscópicos encontrados (AU)
The case of a 27 year old male with a displaced bucket-handle meniscal tear with associated anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the right knee is presented. Treatment included a ligamentoplasty of anterior cruciate ligament with hamstring autograph and partial meniscectomy of both meniscuses by means of arthroscopy, to obtain excellent clinical and functional results. We took advantage of this case to review existing bibliography and explain the various treatment options available based on the arthroscopic findings encountered (AU)

Open surgical resection of calcaneonavicular coalition is indicated after the failure of conservative treatment. Our objectives are to develop the arthroscopic surgical technique and to check the feasibility of the arthroscopic resection of the calcaneonavicular coalition. We designed and performed endoscopic resection of the calcaneonavicular ligament and part of the anterior process of calcaneus as a simulation of the coalition resection on four cadaver specimens. After this procedure, we successfully performed the first resection in a 12-year-old girl, without any soft tissue interposition. American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Hindfoot Scale was 55 before surgery, 98 after 10 weeks, and 100 after 2 years without recurrence.
