RESUMO
Meiosis passing in the first- and second-year-plants of F1 interspecific hybrid Solanum linnaeum L. x Solanum incanum L. has been carried out. Fruit with seeds were formed during a second year of vegetation. The quantities of uni- and tetravalents and main disorders frequency lowered with plant age. Meiosis in parental forms was normal. The conclusion was drawn about F1 Solanum linnaeum L. x Solanum incanum L. meiosis regularity connection with heterozygous genotype, influence of environmental factors and plant age.

The investigation concerns meiosis behaviour in embryo-culture-obtained Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. (mutant seedline Mo 638) x L. chilense Dun. F1 hybrid and its parental forms. It was determined that chiasma frequency decreased while univalent and meiotic disorder frequencies increased in F1 plants in comparison with parents forms. Univalent number and the percent of main disorders lowered with bud tier increasing. The conclusion was made about meiosis regularity connection with the influence of environment factors and heterozygous genotype of F1 plants Lycopersicon esculentum x L. chilense.

Investigations concerning chiasma frequencies in meiocytes of three anther zones (free end, middle, base) in the cultivated and wild species of Capsicum genus have been carried out. It is revealed that maximum indices of total chiasma frequency were observed in the anther free end in comparison with its middle part and base. The conclusion is drawn that regularities of distribution of recombination indices are the result of the anther anatomy structure.

The influence of hormones--adrenaline, noradrenaline, hydrocortisone on the electronegativity of cell nuclei (ENN) was shown by the method of intracellular microelectrophoresis. Changes in heterochromatin state were estimated on the basis of heterochromatin granules (chromocenters) quantity. Adrenaline and noradrenaline induced the decrease in ENN, the maximum effect was revealed with hormones concentration observed in human blood during physical training. The hormonal effect increased with gradual increase of the exposition time from 5 to 120 min. Hydrocortisone also decreased ENN. Adrenaline, and in some cases hydrocortisone, induced the significant increase of heterochromatin granule quantity. The correlation of this process with ENN decrease was shown only in the case of adrenaline. Obtained data are discussed in connection with regulation mechanisms of cell nucleus functional activity.
