RESUMO

To enhance the integration and practical applicability of the Raman detection system, silver nanocubes (Ag NCs) were synthesized using a polyol method. A liquid-liquid interface approach was employed to transfer a monolayer of Ag NCs "film" onto a SiO2 substrate, resulting in the fabrication of a highly sensitive and uniform surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate denoted as "Ag NCs@SiO2." The electromagnetic field distribution of various dimers on the Ag NCs@SiO2 was analyzed using finite difference time domain (FDTD) software. The results reveal that the electromagnetic enhancement effect is most pronounced in cube-cube dimers, indicating that Ag NCs exhibit superior localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) response due to their well-defined geometric regularity and sharp geometric angles. For Rhodamine 6G (R6G) probe molecules, the Ag NCs@SiO2 shows ultrahigh sensitivity, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 10-12 mol/L, and the enhancement factor (EF) can reach 1.4 × 1010. The relative standard deviation (RSD) at the main characteristic peaks is below 10%, demonstrating good consistency in substrate performance. In addition, the Ag NCs@SiO2 modified with hexanethiol exhibits high sensitivity, uniformity, and repeatability in detecting for pyrene, with the LOD of 10-8 mol/L and a minimum RSD of 6.09% at the main characteristic peak, and effective recognition capabilities for pyrene and anthracene in mixed solutions. Finally, chemisorption and physisorption strategies were prepared in optofluidic channels and experimentally compared, enabling real-time detection of the pyrene solution. This method can achieve a rapid detection and precise differentiation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in a water pollutant.

RESUMO

This paper focuses on the practical necessity of discipline-integrated PBL curriculum in cultivating clinical thinking ability of college students majoring in clinical medicine. Through the teaching process of group discussion of some real and complete cases, this paper explains in detail how to cultivate medical students' clinical thinking ability by discipline-integrated PBL curriculum, discusses the implementation of ideological and political education associated with clinical medicine by heuristic teaching from close touching with clinical case and implicitly infiltration of the socialist core values such as dedication and integrity, and elaborates the humanistic quality and psychological comfort levels of medical students by being close to clinical patients. After five years of teaching practice, the teaching effect of discipline-integrated PBL curriculum has been approved by the national clinical medicine professional certification experts and praised by students. We believes that the development of discipline integrated PBL curriculum in medical college can strengthen students' problem-based autonomous learning ability, significantly improve the two-way integration ability between basic medical courses and basic medicine, and significantly build students' clinical thinking and clinical decision-making ability.

RESUMO

SQUAMOSA promoter-binding protein-like (SPL) is a class of plant-specific transcription factors that play critical roles in regulating plant growth and development. However, little systematic research on SPL genes has been conducted in strawberry. In this study, 14 SPL genes were identified in the genome of woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca), one of the model plants of the family Rosaceae. Chromosome localization analysis indicated that the 14 FvSPL genes were unevenly distributed on six chromosomes. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the FvSPL proteins could be clustered into six groups (G1 to G6). Genes with similar structure were classified into the same group, implying their functional redundancy. In addition, nine out of the 14 FvSPL genes, belonging to G1, G2, and G5, were found to be the putative targets of FvmiR156 genes. Expression analysis indicated FvSPL genes exhibited highly diverse expression patterns in the tissues and organs examined. The transcript levels of most FvmiR156-targeted FvSPL genes in fruit were lower than those non-miR156-targeted genes. In addition, the expression of the FvmiR156-targeted FvSPL genes decreased during fruit ripening, whereas the expression of FvmiR156 genes increased in fruit during this process. The results provide a foundation for future functional analysis of FvSPL genes in strawberry growth and development.

RESUMO

Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of the caudal block and Total Intravenous Anesthesia (TIVA) for transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) guided prostate biopsy. Methods 60 elderly patients with transrectal ultrasound guided transperineal prostate biopsy were randomized into Group A and Group B.Patients in Group A received ultrasound guided caudal block (0.33% ropivacaine 15 ml) and patients in Group B received TIVA.In operation room (T1),immediately before operation (T2) and at the end of operation (T3),mean artery pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR),breathing rate (BR) and pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) were recorded. The patients in two groups were rated the level of mini-mental state examination (MMES) at 2 h,8 h and 24 h after operation.Complications during the whole study period were also evaluated. Results The values of MAP,HR and BR of T1 in group B were significantly lower than those at T2 (P<0.05),and were lower than those in the group A (P <0.05).The MMSE value in group A [2 h (25.66 ± 1.71) and 8 h (26.13 ± 1.52)] was significantly higher than that in group B [2 h (27.96 ± 1.71) and 8 h (29.01 ± 0.77)] at after operation (P < 0.05).The rate of usage of ephedrine (13%) and assisted ventilation (20%) in group B was higher. No significant differences were detected in side effects between the two groups. Conclusions Caudal block provides better anesthesia than TIVA for TRUS guided prostate biopsy without an increase of side effects, and it may be safely used during ambulatory surgery.
